If you want a stress free, quality and responsible repair experience. I highly suggest to go somewhere else. Very glad that I did not bring my F82 M4 here for hail damage.
If you only cares about cost and happens to trust the owner’s glib tongue… Good luck with that one!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the service provided by Ashley and her team.
Beginning of the last year, I found myself in a distressing situation when my car was hit while dropping off my kids at school. With the left bumper damaged and feeling overwhelmed, I was really frustrated.
A friend of mine gave me Ashley’s cellphone number.
From the moment I reached out to Ashley, her kindness and patience really comforted me. She calmly guided me through the entire process, including contacting the insurance company and what should I say do at that situation. When we discovered the other driver lacked insurance, Ashley also gave me guidance how to go through the process with her experience.
Within the same day, Ashley arranged for a rental car to make sure that I could continue my daily routines without disruption.
Less than a week,my car fully repaired, with the bumper looking as good as new. The paint job was amazing; you couldn't even tell it had been damaged.
Ashley's professionalism, empathy, and efficiency truly touched me. Not only did she helped my stress during that challenge time, but she also delivered results that exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend M&Y Collision to anyone in need for car service.

This was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. After being in a collision accident, I was worried about the costs and when I'll get my car back and how I would commute to work. I was pleasantly surprised coming to this shop as not only did they deal with my insurance and fix my car in a timely manner, they also lent me a car after enterprise rental failed me. They were very kind and accomodating to me especially in a stressful time and helped me throughout all this. Was totally expecting to have a distressing experience based from previous car maintenance shops I've went to and I've never been so glad to be wrong in my life lol.
