My fiancé worked with Angela and the service from start to finish was spectacular. She was thorough, communicative, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. He requested a custom ring and presented a budget, then Angela and the Lyles team made it a reality. On top of that, they did it all within a certain deadline because he needed the ring to bring with us on our 6 month international trip to propose in Italy. The proposal and my ring were perfect and we couldn’t be more satisfied. We would highly recommend!

Scott and the rest of the team are amazing and do great work. They helped me get my fiancés engagement ring last year and recently helped with our wedding bands which all couldn’t have come out any better.

I have worked with Scott, Guy, and team on several occasions, but they really knocked it out of the park helping me with my recent engagement ring purchase. I can think of no better group of people to trust with such a big jewelry decision. They found me an amazing center stone, and helped make my design ideas reality with some unique side stones. My fiancee and I had initially planned to redesign her own ring after proposal using the same stone, but loves what we came up with so much that she's keeping it. I can't recommend Lyles De Grazier enough.

I was really hoping I could write them a good review. After a year and a half of dealing with them, I realize why I'm in the situation in the first place. They told me they would sell my engagement ring and take 10%. A year of waiting they never sold it. I asked if I could just trade it for a few other pieces. They didn't have anything in the website I liked so the owner Scott said he could make me anything I want. I asked for a bracelet, necklace and earrings. I sent him pictures of everything. The bracelet looks NOTHING like the one I asked for, the earring posts were so loose one fell out the first time I wore them. Luckily, I felt it and didn't lose it. The necklace broke and thankfully fell into my dress. Then I sent back the earrings for them to fix and they were supposed to make me a small ring for the inconvenience. I sent Scott a picture and rather than telling me he can't make the ring I want, he just sends me some random really ugly ring that looks nothing like the one I wanted. When I told him his response was "that's the closest I have." Why not tell me before sending some random ring. I should've known better since the bracelet was not the same, the necklace broke and the earrings had to be repaired.

They were friendly, and helpful to my fiancé, but after having my engagement ring for 3 months, stones have already fallen out. I took it to a local jeweler and they said that several stones were loose. He also said with the way the prongs were holding the diamonds on the band, I could expect to loose many more of these in my future. I wish someone would’ve told my fiancé not to buy this kind of ring because of it.

The people who make up this team of experts are not only friendly, unassuming and ridiculously helpful, they are genuine. Their business (diamonds and fine jewelry) is there...valuable, sparkly & gorgeous. The difference is that they make it not-so-intimidating...I'm so lucky to have found such a reputable, trustworthy group of people to guide me through the overwhelming experience (now past tense) of this kind of precious investment.

My experience at Lyles-Degrazier jewelers was above and beyond perfect. I came in with an idea of what I wanted for my fiancée's engagement ring, and came out with exactly what I wanted! I love how they have an in-house workshop (you can watch them work through windows) because it made me feel confident about the quality of work and how much they care. I came in with a budget of $1,800 for a rose gold ring with a solitary diamond. The employee's name who helped me was Guy, and he patiently showed me several diamond options. I came away with a gorgeous .56 karat diamond on a rose-gold band with a twist for $1,750! So pleased. My fiancée has already gotten so many compliments. They treat you right here. You won't be disappointed. Thank you to all the staff at Lyles-Degrazier, and especially Guy!
