I visited this store about a month ago, and although this review is super overdue, I really wanted to take a moment to give credit where it’s deserved. From the moment I walked in, Soha (hope I am spelling it write) was incredibly helpful. It was my first time visiting, and she was so patient in helping me pick out fragrances I would love. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made me and my family feel truly welcomed.
My sister also participated in the bath bomb making class, and the employee dressed in the Fred outfit from Scooby-Doo (it was Halloween!) was so kind and helpful with her. She had a great time thanks to him.
When I went to check out, the cashier, a very sweet lady who mentioned she was engaged at the time was also wonderful. She was warm, cheerful, and ended our visit on such a positive note.
I feel bad that I don’t remember everyone’s names, but I want the whole team to know how grateful I am. This location has an amazing staff, and every single person we interacted with made our experience special. Thank you all. Y’all truly deserve the recognition! 🌟

after my graduation, me and my family went to the mall and it was a sad mood, when I walked into lush they were so nice to me and my mom,nana. the store is really nice and I enjoy the open space and color contrast compared to san antonio ones. they were very kind and made me a sensitive skin lotion and let me drop a bathbomb in the water :)

Such a great experience at the North Park location! The employees were so helpful and informative, about every.single.product.
Dry skin? They know exactly where to take you.
Hair concerns? They got you covered.
Need a last minute gift idea? Oh boy did you come to the right spot.
Cant wait to come back for my monthly restock on my skin care needs.

These guys are AMAZING! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here yesterday, and I can’t say enough good things. The team was organized, energetic, and somehow got a group of teens to break out of their shells and have a blast! 🎉
Their attention to detail and the love they poured into the event made it truly special. I highly recommend this location for parties—they know how to bring the fun and make it unforgettable! 💫

Ryan was an incredible and gracious host the moment I walked into the store. He took time to talk explain products to me, show me the goods, and make recommendations after hearing my likes, dislikes and needs. Even gave me a little hand and arm massage, demoing the magnesium massage bar that absolutely melts into perfection on your skin. 10/10 customer service. Wish there was one in Fort Worth, closer to home.

Visited Lush for a quick stop with my friend (it was her first time there), and we had such a great experience! Jonathan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable he made us feel welcome right away. I went for the first time ever yesterday… I know that’s crazy right, first time? Anyways, I just never thought it would be the type of store for me because of my sensitive skin and eczema but I had the pleasure of being helped by Johnathan who answered my million questions and I ended up leaving with a product that I just love! Will definitely be stopping by more often now!

Maddie and Ashley were really great! They helped me and my brother get exactly what we needed and were very knowledgeable about the amazing products! I’ve been a lush customer for years and I come from Fort Worth to this location because of the service and the fact I leave with new information about keeping my skin clear and healthy!

I have had good and a bad experience here. First I wanna say I love Lush ❤️ very much no matter what. I love the products however some things are trial and error at times , like for me the sleeping beauty face and body scrub didnt help my face , it made it a bit dry however other products like mostly face , ultra blend and other lotions and oil moisturizing bars work great. Now also I asked at the cashier if i could get a sample of mostly face and was given ginger shampoo, which I never asked for .....

I have a new favorite spot, thanks to Gabriella! She walked me through the store and explained all the different products. (It was my first visit.) She listened when I asked a question or answered hers… resulting in an immediate spot-on suggestion while looking for a bath bomb. Yep! I’ll definitely be back.
