Always a pleasant experience shopping at Luke’s. The entire staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Big range of running shoes and athletic-wear (Vuori, Nike, etc)

I have been making the hour and a half drive to this store for many years and will continue. DUNCAN was definitely a fit for me! He’s incredibly knowledgeable thus providing me the information necessary in making an educated decision on what to purchase or not purchase. DUNCAN is an asset to this store! Our “go-to” place for my wife and I. We have been coming here for over a decade for all our athletic shoe needs…..we don’t go anywhere else. We have been going here primarily for the great people who provide us with personal service that know their stuff who take the time to help you find the right shoe to fit your specific requirements. Having a broad selection of all the top name athletic shoe brands is a big plus also.

Last week I had the pleasure of visiting Luke's Dallas store and purchased another pair of shoes for an up-coming trip. The customer service was immediate. Terry was very professional and personable. She did a great job of responding to my requirements and fit. My choice was "ON's" new "Cloudtec" Trail shoe. Likely one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned and will add to the comfort of my upcoming travel. Thank you Luke's.

Don’t shop here if you want help with defective shoes. Bought a pair of On’s that ‘broke’ less than 2 months after purchase and was told I have to call the manufacturer who then told me it would take 3 weeks to process a claim.

They have the best inventory of shoes from all the stores I’ve been to in Dallas. If you need a pair of shoes, they most likely have them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE & SELECTION! I don't know why I waited so long to go! There really is a different between big box stores, going to Nike, and a store like Luke's Locker. Hands down the best experience ever buying running shoes. Emily was great to work with and she selected multiple pair for me to try comparing different brands, fits, and features. I was so caught up in purchasing the correct shoe I never bothered checking the price first and to my surprise it wasn't the most expensive ($150), which I consider the correct price point. I appreciate the patience and the time Emily took to work with me to find the correct show my several pairs and get me into the correct running shoe. I will definitely be a repeat customer over and over again!
