I cannot recommend Lovefield highly enough! I brought my BMW in for so many issues over the last couple of years, and Javier and his other excellent mechanics always fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. They're honest and do great work.

Brought in my 04 scion xb to get a diagnostic on what needs to be fixed in the future and get my third brake light changed. These guys are down to earth as they come, extremely sincere and humble. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a local mechanic and now have found one! Looking forward to bringing my car in again to get some well needed repairs :)!! Thanks again guys!

Very Werid guy I went in on Last Wednesday to get a quote on my Benz he told me 720$ to fix my Oxygen o2 sensor , fuel pump , an injector , which I thought was lil over prices because u did bring my own parts , so any I bring them today on 7/10/24 on next Wednesday he told he come early because. They gonna be 4/5 long fixing well I stay far I told him , so me an my puppy just sit inside the office they was moving very slow working on cars moving slow , after 9 or 10 just sitting he comes ask me if I’m wait I been told him 2x yes !! So then he ask for my keys , to my Benz then , 30 min say show me your parts which he seen everything last week , remind you , then I go back in office sit , he comes back say the fuel pump I ordered don’t fit my Benz when I purchase my drive shaft an Orther parts off eBay , they didn’t even put it in to see if I was fitting or not , so the guy that was supposed fix say I do these all time it’s not gonna work well I buy all my parts ounce again off eBay I put the correct year an model in there it pull that up !!
So then the owner start talking fast saying that not from Benz I told him u knew already , get mad say you know what we not putting no parts in her car drive it out after I wasted my whole day morning here , from Aurbery Texas very rude , try run game on people an if you go there make sure y ask him if he having good day cus he was very rude

The bottom plastic cover underneath my car got loose and started scraping across the ground. It was a quick fix and the team there was super friendly and helpful. The prices are fair and I will definitely be coming back. When you arrive you can park your car at an empty lane and walk into the office through the garage to speak with the owner.

Let me tell you why I drive 40 minutes to go to Lovefield. I've tried to find a local mechanic in Plano for years. The good ones are insanely expensive, and everyone else I've tried can't seem to fix my car correctly. I started going to Lovefield about 7 years ago, and I've never had a bad experience. The rate feels fair, and the mechanics have never failed to identify and fix the issues I'm having with my car. I hate driving nearly 1.5 hours round trip, but it is so worth it. Highly recommend!

My family and our many cars over 10+ years have never worried about where to take our post warranty vehicles, mostly Nissans and Toyotas, we take them to Love Field Auto Repair and receive good service at a good price.

They will scam you out of your money. In my recent experience I went here and thoroughly explained my problem and their solution was to “reprogram” my car/battery in which they charged me $75. Now all they did was plug a tablet into my car and pressed a button, literally only takes a few seconds. I even had my car “reprogrammed” prior to for free.
The reason why they needed to reprogram: They said since auto zone removed the negative cable from my battery, all I needed was it to be reset (reprogrammed) and then it will stop cutting out on me after 10 mins of being idle/driving…. That was a lie
I went to an actual dodge dealership/service and all I needed was a new battery. It’s telling that this shop could not figure that out. It’s telling that as soon as I got in my vehicle, I was experiencing the same problem and they still charged me $75. It’s telling that they only spent a total of 5-10 mins with my vehicle but still charged me for a service that didn’t resolve my issue.
I should’ve left initially due to the language barrier. I don’t think anyone there spoke English which made it easier to get over on me. I was working directly with the owner and I’m highly disappointed in how they got over on me as a woman especially when I’ve explained that I’ve already lost money at 2 other auto shops. I’d never recommend anyone to go here. They only care about the money.
