This hotel is absolutely beautiful inside. So much art to view from the main entrance to the parking garage. Just beautiful :)However, customer service along with room service and restaurant food selection are horrible. The front desk and restaurant staff aren't pleasant or friendly at all. Room Service doesn't change your sheets just flips them around. Trash wasn't taken from the room daily. Pillowcases were never changed and if you mention anything you're looked at like you're complaining. We ordered breakfast one time from the restaurant and that was the last time in 3 days. We ordered out from breakfast -Lunch & Dinner. Please know there is no way you can warm up food if you do order out, so fill up and bring snacks. This hotel was extremely close to the convention center so it was accessible daily. For this to be a Hilton sister property it's for sure a 2.5/3 star hotel.Rooms: Nice.Safety: No issues with safety..Walkability: Close to the convention centerFood & drinks: Onsite Restaurant is NOT recommendedNoteworthy details: Amazing ART.

First, allow me to say this hotel is beautiful. They are accommodating, rooms very clean, hotel close to hot spots such as Dallas Farmers Market, and restaurant food amazing. The only reason it did not get a 5 is due to you having to pay for parking and there is NO MICROWAVE in the rooms or hotel period. For the price you pay per night, you should not have to pay for parking and be able to warm food.

The hotel is so cute and has lots of fun photo ops. The photo is from one of the alcoves on the first floor. The rooms are updated and feel clean. The staff was very friendly. The only downsides were the road noise from the highway (even on the 10th floor), and the low water pressure in the shower. I would still stay here again, but I would request a room that doesn’t face the highway.

I was in Dallas for a conference at the convention center and hotel was within walking distance. I loved the decor and the vibe!!! It is very eccentric and funky!! Loved the design and art work. The staff was extremely friendly and professional....my ONLY complaint was the lighting in the rooms. It was extremely impractical but otherwise it was a fantastic experience ???

Unique! Not your ordinary hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Stayed here while on a business trip.

The rooms are clean enough but the pool is not heated, the drinks at the bar are outrageous, and they have some really weird statues of a naked man and little boy, just wrong. The traffic noise was horrible too.

This is a very chic and stylish hotel . My teenagers loved and took selfies throughout. Lobby area and bar area a bit small but works for the size of hotel. It’s in walking distance to Pioneer Plaza of the Bronze Bulls. If I’m the area would stay here again and pool area was cool.Rooms: Higher room for best view …if you are a light sleeper you will hear some highway noise.Walkability: Close to downtown…

We stayed there during NCA... not only do that not keep the kids from running up and down the hall it was COMPLETE choas. They moved our room to a "upgrade" only to heard the high way all night long. there were HOMELESS people everywhere and they did nothing for security. The hotel was NOT cheap and it wasnt clean and outdated. I would never stay there againSafety: ALOT of homeless people. it was not a good place to stay

I've been staying at Lorenzo for an extended period, and I must say, the hotel is stunning. The rooms are well-kept and quite comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the great hotel staff. However, my experience was slightly marred by the noise from a cheer event happening onsite, which made it quite loud, even inside the room with young girls running around and playing. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low. Overall, though, it's a beautiful hotel with attentive staff, just be mindful of potential events impacting noise levels.

I visited the Lorenzo for 3 days/2 nights with my husband. We stayed in the most expensive king bedroom in order to have the most space possible.Things I did like :The Hamilton. The food was decent. We ate brunch there and it was not bad.Things I disliked :The decor is very confusing. It is distasteful and overdone. That’s in the lobby. The decor in the room we stayed in was ridiculous. None of it matched. It was tacky, thrown together and deemed artistic. We had a city facing room but that was the only exciting thing about the place. There is a HUGE lamp that hangs near the window that is in the way and extremely unnecessary. But is basically the only light the room provides.Almost ever outlet seemed to not work. Couldn’t plug in more than one thing at a time. The tvs are not smart tvs.The shower is not the kind of shower that closes so all of my showers were breezy and uncomfortable. It also had low water pressure and a small head.Housekeeping is by request only, so since we forgot to request room service we did not get new towels during our stay. The hotel charges about $78 a night for incidentals (this is refundable I assume, as I have not been notified of a refund by my bank). There is parking on site buy you have to pay for it every night. The surrounding area is kind of run down and forgotten. The carpet in my room was a printed excerpt from Shakespeare’s “Hamlet” and was all about death and dread and misfortune which just creeped me out.The room itself was just a basic hotel room with a decent view. It was not spacious at all. From the window view you can see a huge pile of dirt sitting in a field where construction is probably about to start. You can also see the fire department and the lights flashing sporadically all night.I was on the 8th floor so I cannot imagine what the view is like on the first or second floor, as the surrounding area is pretty shabby.I did not particularly enjoy my stay and will not be returning to this badly mismatched establishment.
