Great experience! I went to the one near gate C19 and Michael helped me.Very knowledgeable on all the products. I ended up buying quite a few things but originally went in for lip gloss. If you enjoy this company, I highly recommend shopping at this location.

KRI SAVED THE DAY! THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!I was traveling through Dallas Airport, on my way home to Vancouver, and decided to stop by the L'Occitane store to check out the Black Friday sale. There, I met the sales associate, Kri, who went above and beyond to help me with my shopping experience and also saved me from losing my phone while traveling. He was very engaging. He knows the products, and he made me feel comfortable to take my time and try different products. Eventually, he aided me in making a final decision by offering some suggestions according to what I was looking for, and I ended up being very pleased with my purchases. No regrets. But it doesn't end there! I was having so much fun in the store that I ended up leaving my phone there ?. My flight was early in the morning, and I was wandering the airport that night. I didn't even notice my phone was missing. Suddenly, I see Kri running up to me to let me know I forgot my phone! I was in shock, I didn't even notice it was gone. He ended up staying longer than his shift, to take the train, and go back to the terminal the store was in to retrieve my phone. He also left a note for the next sales associate with details of our conversation to help identify me as the owner of the phone if came back in time (which I wasnt going to be able to). What a great listener and an amazing employee. I am SO grateful. Thank you, Kri, if you see this. Seriously, you saved the day. You are such a kind and thoughtful person. Also, thank you for recommending the Osmanthus lotion and the Amande Shower Oil is fabulous, I really love it! Five stars for L'Occitane, and 5 stars for Kri!

I has a great shopping experience at this store on my way back home. I was helped by a kind gentleman in a yellow cardigan. He was knowledgeable of the products. I purchased a Hydration moisturizer and a grapefruit scrub that I look forward to trying.

Back in December 2022 my friend and I had the worst journey and 36hour delay and felt really awful.We needed a bit of a refresh so headed to l’occtaine and we met Anita (our hero)We were without moisturiser and hadn’t had a shower etc, Anita showed us all products that helped us through the experience of travel, she helped us pick our face lotions according to our skin type, recommended hand creams, let us wash up in the sink. We got every self care need met by Anita, she was attentive to our needs and I have never had a shopping experience like this.

Love the product, cudnt understand why I was continually followed while in the store of the airport? It is small space and I had to give my full name and home zip code, purchased the file it product while paying cash? The environment was uncomfortable.

I am a Flight Attendant who is frequently trapped in the airport between flights, looking for lotions/potions and gifts from time to time. On Sunday - May 28th around 7 PM my flight to New Orleans happened to be going out of A19 which happens to be directly across from L'Occitane! WOW! I suddenly realized I didn't have a gift for my mother-in-law whom I would be visiting the next day for brunch on the layover. Sooo - I rushed into L'Occitane; decided to purchase the new almond lotion and oil spray they had displayed as a tester at the door and smelled amazing. I was the only customer in the store and the clerk happily rang up my 2 items which I paid for with my AAcredit union VISA card. She swiped my card for me and pushed a button (not sure which one.) I was pressed for time; and told her my flight was going out right across the way and was soooo happy I could get my 10% employee discount as well. She asked if I would like a paper receipt or have it emailed. I answered: "emailed please" & she smiled and put the items in a bag and thanked me for my purchase. The very next day - within 24 hours of my purchase - which I must add was the ONLY thing I bought with that credit card - I got a call from AACU security asking if I authorized a recent $600 purchase for electronics at AMAZON!!! This was an UNAUTHORIZED purchase made while I was working at 30,000 feet serving drinks on a the flight! I immediately told the AACU rep: "NO - I did NOT make any purchases for anything on AMAZON!!!". I instructed him to close the account & issue me a new card #!!!! My mind quickly recalled the transaction at L'Occitane the previous evening and that was when I put it together that the clerk there had asked if I wanted a paper receipt and I had declined. I shared my story with one of my younger co-workers & she explained to me that this it the new way clerks at shops are able to perform FRAUD and buy other things with your credit cards! YIKES! I checked my email account for the email receipt from L'Occitane that the clerk had said would be sent; and of course there was NOTHING from L'Occitane to show that I had purchased ANYTHING! One of our flights came into A17 the next day so I walked over to the very same shop to find out who was working in the store that night; saw that the store was temporarily CLOSED; started writing a note to leave; then a someone showed up and I explained what I think happened; that my credit card # had been infringed upon by the sweet gal who had rang me up the previous evening. This other clerk looked sloppy and defensive; told me to take down the piece of masking tape warning other potential shoppers NOT to use credit cards there and to beware that credit cards may be getting shared for illegal use if you use them there. I apologized and told her that my credit card was SHUT DOWN because of the fraud that came through on it after having made a purchase there the night prior. She did not offer any apologies or even look like she cared one bit! I told her I LOVE the products at L'Occitane and have been a customer for YEARS- that I forgive the gal for doing what she did; as I know times are tough and people can't get by on the little they make as clerks. It was the weirdest thing! I'm the paying customer apologizing to the store that ROBBED ME! Long story short - if you are going to buy something in the airport - ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT! OR USE CASH!!!

This is a little cute boutique in terminal A of the Dallas airport. They had many different types of French lotions, body washes, facial products. I liked the shea butter body lotion. They had many different smells and had testers for the shopper to try out. I decided to get three different kinds and a lip balm. All had shea butter which made my skin feel fantastic. The woman working there was not friendly. She didn't say hello or anything. I was the only customer in the entire store and she seemed more irritated than grateful that she had a paying customer. The products are a little pricey, so she could be a little more friendly if she wants people to shop there. Her rude attitude almost made me walk out. However, I chose what I wanted, paid and left. She might have had a bigger sale if she had tried to interact with me. Cute store! Great product! Rude employee!

While waiting for my flight to come back to France, I decided to enter into this shop out of curiosity. This is a French brand and I have to say that I was surprised to see how the esthetism of it had been respected. I could find all the quality products I'm used to buy. A nice experience.

just make sure everything is in your bag before closing it, The store manager "forgot" to put all my products in the bag, within minutes of boarding I realizedand I had to return in a hurry, surely it happens frequently because they seal the bag so you don't open it
