The woman who works here needs to fired. The first time I went in a few months ago I bought a 1 hitter and a dugout. The pipe she gave me was too short for the dug out so it was a complete waste of money and she had the WORST attitude. So rude and unwelcoming. I tossed it up to a bad experience. I gave it another shot yesterday and same woman, same terrible attitude. She didn't greet me or acknowledge my existence in the least. I asked where something was and she just pointed. I asked a question about a product and she looked at me like I was idiot. If she's that miserable, the dollar store across the street is hiring. I felt so uncomfortable I just walked out without buying anything.
Bottom line, go to the shop on Ross right off Haskell. The woman is so nice and even offered me water!

The owner seems nice enough. Very helpful. But the other lady that worked there had a horrible horrible attitude and just should not be in a position of customer service at all because she does not know the meaning of it. She put out to check me out and got an attitude when I asked her to double bag the glass pieces that I bought because they apparently don’t have bubble wrap. She got a smart attitude and the owner stood there not saying a thing apparently not caring about customer service either. The place is overpriced and the selection is terrible. I would not recommend it at all.

I wouldn’t make it without my Live Oak Smoke Shop family! They keep everything I need and order before hand, to ensure they never run out! My girl gets my stuff together and ready without me even asking! So efficient and reliable!

In town visiting and I stopped in to grab a couple of things. Prices were good and they were very knowledgeable and helped me get what I needed. I even upgraded and got a gift for my wife. Will be back when I’m in town.

I absolutely love this smoke shop. I drive over 45 minutes to visit and make my purchases here. This place has a huge selection on vapes. They also have other merchandise that I never seen before. The lady that works in the front is super cool. She always lets me know whats trending & her honest opinion before I buy. Always nice & clean. The best selection in ELF BARS❤️

Love this spot. Ari is very helpful everytime i come in. They completely remodeled the entire place. Very illuminated which makes it easier to find what you want. This is the only place that has dang near every vape you need. I come all the way from Mesquite and enjoy my visit every time!

This place should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.I walked into the shop and the woman working there did not acknowledge or greet me, mind you I am the only client in the shop. I proceeded to greet her and ask for a product that I had trouble finding and she did not say a word and just point to where the product was. Another customer has walked in at this point. As I am looking around the store I hear her yelling and cussing at another employee about an outside of work circumstance. The other customer hears this and asks her if she was having any trouble and she just stares at him and tells him “I would say something but I’m pissed and I know it will come out at you so I’ma just leave it at that”. This was such an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. Based off of the other reviews here, I am not the only one that has had this type of encounter with this lady. If she is in fact the owner of this place, she’s going to run the business into the ground simply by the customer experience people are getting from this place.
