Beautiful store with great bedding. Unfortunately they are too small to have customer service or take care of you if something doesn’t work out. Like a fitted sheet that I took to a tailor LB recommended that still doesn’t fit. Their response, “no refund or store credit, take it back to the tailor.”

Their sheets are heavenly. The boutique is very pretty, with a lovely assortment of beautiful linens, and gifts. I love their baby gifts, candles and other gift items, as well. The people are friendly and helpful. This is the only place I go for linens.

I recently purchased a set of sheets there and found the quality to be lacking. In order to restore some of the money I had invested into the sheets, I went to the store looking for a refund or some sort of store credit. Sadly, I didn't receive either or much help in the matter since the sheets had been laundered. Which, who wouldn't try washing the sheets before deciding to return them? Anyway, the loss of money I can live with. However, the lack of customer service or care in my satisfaction is what will keep me away from that place.
