I'm really happy we moved to VOIP with LG Talk. The service is excellent. Jeff is fantastic to work with. The phones are really great (better than Verizon even has). We use the T48S's with the big screens & Jabra bluetooth headsets for the admins, and the T29G for everyone else. When the internet goes down, I can still take orders because the phones ring to my cell or to my team's cell phones. I can get faxes to my email but still send like a regular fax (no more scanning that stuff in later!). Jeff set up voice-to-email so I never miss a VM, as well as all the extensions and back end, and then emailed everyone to set up their voice mails and greetings (instead of making my team click through a thousand different buttons to find the VM settings). We also have automatic phone shut off and turn on, so we don't have to remember to do that at night or in the morning anymore. I absolutely love this service.

For Dallas based companies, you can’t do better for a phone service. Their company, and their data centers are in Dallas, so you’re never having problems with sound quality.

We've switched over to LG Talk for our phones. Not only did they offer us better features for a lower cost but one of their Datacenters is located right here in Dallas which means crystal clear calls. We had a power outage and they have amazing business continuity plans. We went with failing over to our cell phones and it worked like a charm. I think the best part is their 24x7 Dallas based helpdesk. We call and within 3 rings get a Engineer directly whom we've talked to before. Its nice not having to deal with the holding for hours and people who can't help us like our old phone company. These Yealink phones are really nice as well.

Not only did LG Talk help us save a substantial amount on our phone bill, they constantly support our needs. They are available 24/7 if we have any issues that come up. One of my favorite features they provide is they can forward calls to our cell phones if our power ever goes out.
