I just got off the phone with this store, they were a little standoffish on the phone. They're too booked up now through the holidays, which is fine, but I'm calling because I need something done quickly and would prefer not to waste time listening to their whole schedule. Luckily a different Dallas company was able to help and gave me a yes within 2 mins! Call around the area if you need something quick- there a few stores nearby that are willing to help.

I just picked up my order yesterday. I had a pretty intricate design that was a logo for a business I started recently.At first we concerned that the logo might not work out but they did a great job and it came out beautiful. They put the design on jackets, vests, baseball hats and everything was amazing!Kathryn Morrison helped mock out everything and gave me very good advice. I have used Legacy Monograms on several occasions over the years and I have always been happy with the results. They do what they say they're going to do and always deliver on time or earlier than expected. Their work is excellent. Shannon had been my main contact and I've been impressed by her level of service. She remembered me from my last order there over a year ago! Made me feel right at home. Five stars!

As a small business its tough to get branded apparel in small amounts without spending a ton of money. Legacy Monograms has been the solution and its been great to be able to get our logo on file with them, then bring in pieces we want our logo on as we need them for new team members. Great flexibility without a huge bill.
