This is the first time I have purchased lights from them. This was a home “do-it-yourself” project. They were very knowledgeable and walked me through the wiring and what I needed to get the job done. I live 45 minutes from there and had an issue with one of the lights and after a few attempts and some “FaceTime” sessions we couldn’t get it to work. They sent out a tech and they replace the section that wasn’t working and had it fixed in an hour. My wife was throwing a party in a few a days so it was critical these worked and they stepped up and had me taken care of.

Went in early this morning to pick out lights for my kitchen and was out in no time. Michael seemed to really know his stuff and got me everything I needed for my project. Thank you. Will be back again..!

This place has an amazing amount of lights in an incredible show room. They have professional store fronts made just sudisplay all their different kinds of lights. They can make custom lights, Home lights, Kitchen light, Bathroom lights, Or any exterior lights for anything.Way to go led city.

LED City makes Home Depot, as well as the surrounding LED stores in this area, look like a joke. This place is so huge that the inside has a model street inside, with park benches, street lights, and multiple “stores” inside divided by light.The prices were very reasonable, and Anthony A was super helpful and knowledgeable about the types of lights, the kinds of parts we needed, and where we could find more options.The fixtures were a fraction of the cost of designers like Ferguson, and no less interesting.

Great experience with LED City! Visited for an item warranty. The folks there were courteous, the worked quite quickly getting the ball rolling on my claim, they were friendly and accommodating. All in all it took me about 10 minutes to take care of everything. Emilio was particularly helpful. Prices are also quite reasonable. Good folks, good business, good experience.??

I inquired about a small LED job and at first, it was like pulling teeth to get someone to get back to me on the project I wanted (Inquired around July of 2021). When a gentleman did get back to me, he was helpful and took time to understand the project I wanted. I held off on starting the LED project sometime until the beginning of this year and contacted the gentleman who I had been communicating with previously.After connecting again, we scheduled a time for me to visit him at LED City on Jan 29th and we discussed options for my project. I wanted to know what price range I was looking at for the project. He said he would have to get back to me on a quote after visiting with him. I finally received the quote this evening after two weeks of asking (Feb 15th price range quote received). I know my project is small and probably not a priority compared to bigger projects but it felt like I wasn't a priority, especially when I had to keep inquiring myself on price numerous times after we met. The price for the small project was more than I wanted to pay. I didn't receive any additional options on how the price could be reduced if using different materials/lights or any further options. Pretty much the response received was "Good luck" and that was that.I don't recommend LED City since I didn't feel like my job was a priority since it wasn't a big project. If you have a small LED project, I would recommend going to another business. I wish I could have given LED City my business but with the lack of communication, slow times on receiving a quote, and no alternative options given to reduce project cost, I can't give them my business.
