I just had my belt shortened by 3.5 inches,, cleaned and the end re-dyed. A honest and humble owner who believes in great customer service. Thank you! Side note: has a wonderful white lab mix to keep him company at the shop. Happiest dog I've seen in a long time.

I was honestly just confused when I came here. It was out of the way for me but I've been wanting to get my shoes repaired so I came. The door was locked even though it was during open hours. I knocked on the door, rang the bell a few times, called the number listed on the door. Waited for about 10, 15 minutes and after no answers I left.

My bag was never cleaned. I took my LV bag with a stain. Michael charged me but never cleaned it. There were very little crumbs inside which were still there when I finally picked up my bag. He never bothered to call me that my bag is ready. I’m sure he didn’t even try to clean the stain. Very disappointed!!

This place is amazing. They restored my son’s torn and tattered bomber jacket so beautifully. I just can’t believe it. I had taken it to another repairer in Richardson who had it almost 5 months and never did one thing to it. I then took it to a leather restorer in Denton who never touched it in about 3 weeks. These people restored it in less than two weeks. Amazing.

My bag hole was made worse. I was promised the bag would be ready at a certain day and time twice and was not ready. I informed the gentleman that I would come pickup and the business was closed. When I was finally able to pick up then the hole was bigger than when I originally dropped off.
