Today I did a delivery service for them and I delivered their load correctly, completely and professionally. When I asked the manager, Angela, to allow me to use the bathroom, she was rude, racist and humiliating, responding that her bathroom was not public and denied me access after having provided them with excellent service. I do not recommend that you come to a place where a person is rudely despised for being Hispanic. I invite the Hispanic community not to use the services of this flower shop. RACISM and DISCRIMINATION must be totally eradicated. We all have the right to be treated with respect and education.

Lane florist is outstanding. We were out of state for our daughter’s graduation and we needed a couple bouquets. Within 10 minutes we were on our way with these beautiful bouquets. They were incredibly nice and helpful. I can’t recommend them enough.

So Beautiful!!! From Engagement Parties to the Wedding Bouquet. Lane Florist is my new Dallas florist. Their flower quality and designs are beyond words. This is exactly what I envisioned for a friend. A full on Bouquet or just a little something for her wrist. The entry lobby has some cute little gifts should you need something extra. Very helpful. Needed five bouquets. I showed a reference photo and they were able to follow. I placed order about 6 days in advance. All flowers were fresh and beautiful. Very happy with the turn out!

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! First time ordering here. 11 arrangements were needed (no vases) on short notice. Josie was great to work with and we made it happen.Upon delivery, I wasn’t there. The florist who delivered noticed my vases were just a bit larger than I had described (that’s on me). They called Josie and notified her. She then called me with a few tips and tricks on how I could adjust the arrangements to ensure they looked flawless in the vases! Who does that?! Only individuals that look to provide service and products that exceed customers’ expectations!Thank you Josie!

Angela and her team take such great care preparing their flowers. The bouquets always pop, they are so fresh and artfully arranged. Guaranteed, every time I buy from Lane Florist people ask, "Where did you get those flowers!".

I would like to thank you most kindly for making a special friend’s day.I received a call from Bianca from the florist to inform me that my friend could not be reached by telephone. This spoke volumes to me.. because it made me know that the florist wasn’t just going to deliver without the person being available.This was my first time using Lane Florist. I made my decision based on previous reviews.My friend is normally at home. I discovered that she scheduled a visit to the hairdresser.She was so pleased with the beautiful flower selection and was even happier about the chocolates.. and there is something wonderful about chocolate!!?I will certainly patronize the florist in the future.Thank you again!!
