The doctors and techs were efficient. I have no issue with their work. However, I was charged $500 (out of an $820 total - my insurance got the rest) & that is ridiculous! I could have gone down the street to a CareNow for $60. I didn’t have time to finish my paperwork prior so I didn’t see the charge on the last page until it was too late. This is so wrong on so many levels. And as it turns out, I’ve finished the steroids & antibiotics & I still have the same problem.

Very happy with my care at Lakewood ER. Staff was friendly and I was seen and discharged within 2 hours. Dr. and nurses bedside care & medical knowledge was great and felt like my treatment and diagnosis was accurately made.

In the right situations they are amazing and with the price. But they are emergency prices. But that could mean weekends - hut we’re talking abou things like, you can’t breathe or you are in great pain and need relief and a hospital with sonogram xray, etc … and recommendations of what to do. I didn’t know my pain was a gallstone ( many) so I was able to get immediate pain relief, sonogram and sonogram reader, and they found a local hospital with surgeon who could take me immediately.

This place is the best, very nice and profesional receptionist, nurses and Dr’s are so kind, I’ve been twice with my two kids for different reasons and service it’s great.My son got stitches and we were out of there in less than an hr.Super clean also.Definitely recommend .

My son had a back surgery and developed some ancillary vertigo. We had to come in twice and on the second visit had Dr. Fletcher who is awesome. He listened and gave good advice, and had a head/neck exercise that made a world of difference. Two days later the vertigo is manageable. I highly recommend Dr. Fletcher and Lakewood. Staff was excellent. We will go see the ENT if we need to.

Oh My Gracious this place was so AMAZING! If your looking for NO WAITING and to notch care this is the place! The STAFF & DOCTOR WAS SO attentive listened and made sure all my needs where met and to put the icing on the cake they sent me a Christmas card wishing me well! Lakewood I wish I could give you 10 stars!

I ended up at LW ER last week with some severe pain that had no simple explanation. They got me seen ASAP, ran more tests than what a typical urgent care runs (ie CT), and solved the mystery. Everyone there was great. Dr. Kim is a good doctor, calm, professional, and it’s obvious he cares about his patients. I highly recommend LW ER.
