It was quick and easy and the staff were great. I didn’t even make an appointment, I just walked in. I think I got lucky with the timing, but it was better than the other LabCorp I’ve been to.

I started coming here when I was going through high risk pregnancies because the phlebotomist at my OB’s office would poke me 3-4x and still not find my veins, then blamed me for being dehydrated (no kidding- I had hyperemesis). People always tell me I have tough veins, but these awesome ladies here HAVE NEVER MISSED. They are as fast as can be and always get me the first time, no matter what state I’m in. I had to finally leave nice review cause that takes some talent. Will never go anywhere else.

Our technician Cristina Garza was amazing, the service that she provided to my son (7 years old) it's wonderful. I was nervous, my son has never done this before, and he was a little nervous too, but Cristina was extremely professional and patient not just with my son but with my other little one who was present too with a lot of questions. He did took around 8 different proves and full 8 tubes for all the labs our neurologist asked. I praised her work! She is a real blessing!

Thank you Christina! I came in to give blood today and was in and out without any issues. I can’t stand needles or blood, and I normally have a pretty awful/stressful reaction.Thankfully, my nurse was Christina who was very sweet and who talked to me throughout the whole process. Seven vials later (the most I’ve had taken!) and I was walking out with no issues!

I've been twice in the last 2 weeks and both experiences were nothing short of amazing. Lab work is not fun but both phlebotomists I've had were patient, kind and experts. So thanks for this location & staff!

I had an absolutely horrible experience here this morning. I’ve never had an issue with any other Labcorp location but today was different. The woman at the front desk was beyond unprofessional and so rude. She acted like I was an annoyance for asking simple questions and was verbally aggressive to the point that I left without even getting my blood draw done because I felt so uncomfortable. It’s really a shame that the staff at this location thinks it’s okay to treat people this way. I really hope whoever manages this location takes all the negative reviews seriously because the staff treating people that way is completely unacceptable. To anyone reading, save yourself the headache and avoid this location.

No clear check-in instructions and when you go to the window if you have a question, the employees are rude like they don’t want to talk or give you answers about anything since you are supposed to check-in through the “labcorp express” system. The current check-in system is through an iPad that takes way longer than it needs to rather than handing over your already printed lab order, DL and insurance card. It’s an inefficient process; if the company was trying to implement more efficient measures then they should probably provide better employee training.

They turned people away for a pre employment drug screen at 4:20p even though they close at 5:00p. They test only takes about 10 minutes. What’s the point of being open until 5 if you stop working at 4?

Walked in for a routine test. I ordered the test thru another website so I already paid for the service when I arrived. Only waited for about 10min then they took my blood. Very quick and friendly nurse.The location is inside the Texas neurology building. I went to the wrong building first but some staff in that building helped me get to the right place.

Needed extensive lab work and a breath test. Jessica was outstanding, 5 stars! Very warm and professional greeting and intake. She needed 10+ tubes and the procedure was quick and painless. She help me relax and talked to me like we were good friends. She is clearly performing at an expert level, her experience is glaring. As I was departing, I noticed her certifications and tenure as a 20+ year phlebotomist. Glad I got Jessica!The major opportunity for improvement is the directional update on the website and parking areas. It would be helpful to know that Labcorp is located inside of Texas Neurology on the North side of the building complex, accessed at the corner of Mockingbird and the north central expressway. Texas Neurology has excellent directional signage by the way.There are no Labcorp signs directing to their location. Labcorp is not visible until you find 6080 Bldg. Once inside, directional signage is visible and helpful. Please fix this, being lost in the Bldg maze and looping the expressway is causing unnecessary stress on your guest and pressure for your employees. People are arriving with high cortisol levels and ready to fight or flee. This requires the employees to be really strong in service delivery or conflict will be inevitable resulting in unfair ratings, as already revealed. The on-site complaints must be mentally exhausting for the local team and worse, they have no control to fix an obvious problem. Management, you can do better!Keep up the great work Jessica! Now that I know the straight way I will definitely seek you out if and when I need more labs.
