10 in the morning. I have called 4 times and no one answers the phone. What type of medical business will not answer a phone call?

This is the Labcorp in my area. Honestly was hesitant on even coming just off the reviews alone. So decided to come, was kinda lost on where to go, called the office and Miss Terri answered the phone, was very friendly and patient. Stayed on the phone with me until I got to where I needed to go. Once I was in office after getting checked in etc(which was easy peasy) from the time I checked in the the time I left we laughed laughed like family. I will come here every time if Miss Terri is here she’s the sweetest lady! Did my blood work with no issues or hiccups! GIVE MISS TERRI A RAISE & The Employee of the month parking spot! Thank you so much Miss Teri.

If I could give this place zero starts, I would! The staff is rude and tries to get patients to leave, so they don’t have to do any work. My doctor sent over orders and they played like they didn’t receive them. I will be a filling a complaint with corporate.

If you are closed for lunch that’s okay, I completely understand wanting to take your lunch break and being ready to go on break. However, you don’t have to be rude and curt, that is just unnecessary. It’s not needed I can understand that you don’t have time to accept a drop off and not wanting to take an extra minute to do that when your lunch starts at 12:30 and it is 12:30. But please, just don’t be rude it’s just really not necessary and puts everyone in a bad mood honestly. You can be kind and firm at the same time. Thank you!

They charge me two times before getting my blood work done after I had already paid and there's only one person in the front and one person in the back to do blood work.

NO WAIT! NICE STAFF
I came here right after a bad experience at other labcorp. I was hot, tired, and frustrated. There was no one inside, the front desk explained how to check in. I followed her instructions she took me right back. I was in and out within 20 mins if that. The lady that assisted me, name was Terri. beautiful lady with a beautiful soul. She made me feel very comfortable and I didn't feel it when she stuck the needle in my arm. It's was over b4 I knew it. Lol. Not only did she know what she was doing, she did it with kindness and grace!
She made me smile after a bad experience! Thanks Terri

Today there was and error with the test code for my labs. There were two women in the office. As we were trying to point out/fix the issue one of the young ladies in the midst of her helping had an attitude. I asked why I was being treated rudely and she and the other woman basically ganged up on me and told me I was the problem. I called my PCP passed the phone to him and after they finished the conversation, she said "I'll call you tomorrow about your patient" in front of me as if I was not there. Also she mumbled to the other lady "see if she can't go to" and named another location. She then told me "you hear your doctor, leave".
Very distasteful and unprofessional.

Today, I was serviced by Lesheka Harrington. It was pleasant to come across someone who goes above and beyond, She was both prompt and effective. The facility deserves a face lift but the service was great.

I've been getting blood drawn from this location for years. My oncologist is in Grapevine but I get my blood work done locally. I have floating veins and they do an excellent job of one stick every time. I have a bit of a needle phobia so I'm always impressed when the phlebotomist has a steady but gentle touch. Check in is always quick for me and I'm in and out in about 15 as a walk-in.

Setting up an appointment online needs to be revised, are not an option at all, when you are at the faculty you are instructed in a text to let Labcorp know that you are there, after you let Labcorp know is what needs to be revised I didn't receive a text letting me know when they were ready to see me.

I have vasovagal syncope, particularly with blood work, and because I was fasting, I warned the technician I sometimes get faint or woozy as a heads up. And wow, was she put out with me! She visibly deflated and looked up, exasperated and harshly asked me if I needed to lie down. I said no, I would be okay, but at this point my anxiety was sky high, and I was freaking out inside that she had reacted this way when I was trying to do the right thing. She shook her head as she prepared the vial and when she came to my right arm, I asked if it could be done with my left. She replied “I don’t know.” I closed my eyes to avoid watching the blood draw, but when I started feeling light headed, she demanded I open my eyes. Which I get, but it makes it worse. Another technician came in and at least at this point both were nice enough to hand me my drink and ice pack so I could recover more quickly. But I was scolded for not eating beforehand…when it was supposed to be fasting to get accurate test results, which I said! If you need even an ounce of humanity or empathy to get some blood work done, go somewhere else. If not, and if you want to be treated like you are a nuisance, have it done here.
