This place is impossible to find. As of my comment the LabCorp office at this hospital is in SUITE 216 IN THE MARGOT PEROT BUILDING!!!Why not just list suite number on Google maps or the website??? And the hospital is ridiculous too, this place is huge and their should be a directory of some kind at every public entry!Despite this annoyance the lady phlebotomist running was nice and I was in and out of there with no appointment (once I finally found it)

Lunch hours are posted 12:30-1:30. The doors were locked by 11:55am. A lady who was inside waiting let me in and she was told to come back at 1:30. Either adjust the hours posted on the door or do your job. So inconvenient for people that have been fasting and have jobs to get back to.

I used Lab Corp because it was in the same hospital as my Rheumatologist. After reading other reviews, I realize I'm not the only person I to arrive before closing time and not be permitted to come in. Their front door is clear glass, so there was no mistaking that they were closing early, despite having an on-time person wanting to come in. So many other labs, so no reason to stay with this rotten lab.

The 8160 location don't tell you they are located in the Perot blding which caused a lot of unnecessary driving around. The staff was rude and should place a sign on the door that lunch is from 12:30-1:30pm.

Had a 4:30 appointment, got there at 4:32 and the doors were locked. Nobody answered when I knocked.

I am an easy draw and you somehow poke through a vein that’s visible from the door? Thanks for the giant bruise.

The online scheduling was easy. Was also offered a 15 minutes earlier appointment when it became available. Front desk was friendly, technician was professional & efficient. However, the location is difficult to find, when called for direction no one answered the phone.

This location does NOT do employment drug screens. The staff were all nice and helpful. Moving pretty quick at 10AM on a Friday. Unfortunately parking is not free. Over $30mins you have to pay.

Screw you, LabCorp, for closing early! Did not stay open until 5 -- I knocked and was ignored.

I walked in with no appointment and it was a good experience. Didn't wait very long and the staff was professional and friendly.

I spoke with Megan and she was great. My lab orders were expected to be submitted but weren't. At 4:40 my doctor stated they were sending them right over however Labcorp was closing at 5. Megan was more concerned about receiving the lab orders than closing time. I so appreciated her care and professionalism in handling my urgent situation. Thank you.

Absolutely insane! One person in a hospital handling everything. The wait time, the delay even when I had an appointment was terrible. So unprofessional on every level.

Very disappointed. Nobody deserved the unkindness received from Ms. Nixon. I understand that we have hard days, but they should not be reflected in the work that we do. We're just patients following our doctors orders.I won't go into detail because unkindness is everywhere. I drew the line when my blood was almost drawn and assigned under someone else's name. Luckily, I caught on and helped prevent this but that isn't my job. Be careful with frustration - you can make many mistakes that way.If I need blood drawn again, I refuse to go here.

Coming back for blood work again. The first batch was mishandled improperly. The second time. The person working the front desk was extremely rude! Handled my fiance very abruptly and tossed her blood work after receiving it.
