I didn't have a good experience here.
I was already anxious coming in as a pregnant woman at risk with a miscarriage and it would've helped if the front desk and phlebotomists here made me feel more welcomed. Instead, they were very short and looked annoyed with everyone who came in. The restroom wasn't clean and there were dried urine on the floor, toilet, and table. The soap dispenser also wasn't stocked, so I left feeling unclean.
I wish I took the other reviews more seriously before booking an appointment here. I liked this location because it's only only a 5 minute drive from where I live, but I think I'm going to try my chances at another Labcorp.

Worst experience ever. Very unfriendly staff. Waited over 40 minutes after my appointment time only to learn that I was supposed to hand-carry a paper order for my labwork -- what year is this??? At no point in the appointment scheduling process or reminders that I received was this need for a paper order noted. Seems like this is a common problem based on the receptionist's attitude, so it's shocking that no solution is available for the patient.

If zero stars could be given, that’s is indeed what I would leave. I understand there are other patients who need tending to, but the lady in the front dismissed me in the middle of my question before being seen. Waited 45 mins just for her to tell me that they were unable to run my labs because my order was not in the system when I was explaining to her that the order is from out of state and emailed to me.

Avoid this terrible place. I brought my mom to get labs done and she needed to give a urine sample. My mom can't walk and can barely stand. The restroom they told her to use had no toilet seat. I asked the lady at the front desk if she knew there was no toilet seat and said yes still expecting my mom to use it. Such attitude as well.

The lady at the front desk is HORRIBLE! Absolutely rude as soon as we got there. She talked to me like like I was 5. Asked me questions and said yes or no afterwards. People literally do not want to be there why make them feel even more horrible by treating them that way? If you don’t like your job then find another one. No need to be nasty all the time.

The front receptionist by far has the worst attitude I have encountered being a patron in a long time. She definitely has no business working that position. Do not take yourself or loved ones here!

I’m not sure of the woman at the desks name … but we came in today and she was nothing but fantastic !!! Very kind and caring. My fiancé is a hard stick and the phlebotomist was so nice and patient with the process. 5 stars!!! Great staff and great establishment!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this establishment and I can't rave enough about the fantastic service I received from the front desk lady, Chris, and the phlebotomist, Jasmine.Chris was an absolute gem! She exuded warmth, sincerity, and respect right from the moment I walked in. She went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and helped me navigate through the process seamlessly. Her genuine care for customers is truly commendable.Jasmine, the phlebotomist, was equally outstanding. Her professionalism and skill were evident in the way she handled the procedure efficiently and with great care. Her reassuring demeanor put my son at ease, making the experience surprisingly pleasant.It's rare to come across individuals like Chris and Jasmine who not only excel in their roles but also go above and beyond to ensure customers have a positive experience. Kudos to them for setting a high standard in customer service! I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and look forward to my next visit.

Every time I have been they take forever and just have the window closed even though no one is in the room. They require masks and do not have an onsite.
