This place is utterly ridiculous. My partner and I have been a member for over ten years and we had a guest pass for someone out of town today but they denied his entrance and wanted to charge us $20 for a one-day pass for the guest. Absurd!!!!

Has machine for hip thrusts, usually clean and usually packed with people. Good amount of machines. Getting a cryo chamber this year, excited to try it.

One of the worst gyms I’ve been to. Staff is friendly and polite, that’s the only reason they get two stars, and that’s being generous. There is a decent amount of equipment but don’t even bother trying during rush hour. There’s way too many people in such a little space. Any time equipment breaks down, it takes a long time for it to be repaired. I tried making this my regular gym but I changed my mind immediately. The sauna is gross, I’ve seen roaches in there multiple times. There is a hole in the floor that they cover with a mat, definitely a tripping hazard. The showers just look disgusting. I see them clean it regularly, but the place just needs a remodel. The worst aspect is the gym etiquette in the men’s locker room and sauna. If you’re a minor or are bringing a minor, do not let them in the male locker room. It’s so common to see males walk around the room fully naked, the worst part is they usually have a towel in hand. They will also sit in the sauna fully naked. In the showers, they don’t even bother closing the curtain. The sight of male genitalia is everywhere. There is no avoiding it, literally. There has not been one instance where I have gone in there and I have not seen male genitalia. I’ve been to plenty of gyms in plenty of states and cities, and this by far, is the worst in locker room etiquette.

Staff is sweet and amazing but my issue is with the lack of keeping up with equipment. All the mats are torn and old, the membership is so expensive that i would expect them to upgrade these things regularly. Ive had a membership at planet fitness and they take better care of their gyms and charge much less. There is simply no excuse. And while on the topic of prices, i feel the daycare should come with the membership.

I'm waiting outside at 8:15 a.m. when the gym was scheduled to open at 8. Overall, the staff at this gym are friendly. Cleanliness is fair at best. When equipment breaks, it takes a long time for repair; for example, when the hamstring curl machine was out-of-service last fall, it took more than 2 months before they got it working again.

This gym has all the gear you need, but it's dirty and messy, and peak hours are a total madhouse with way too many people. It's a real struggle to get a decent workout in during those times. The amount of people they let in is ridiculous.

Be careful at this one. This parking lot is very shady. People are breaking into cars. Someone tried to break into mine and it wasn’t even 4pm yet. Staff is nice and it’s clean enough inside. Just be careful outside coming and going.

I'd like to recount my ongoing disappointment with LA Fitness, specifically regarding their child services, which I've been paying extra for. Prior to the recent closure of the kids' corner on September 16, 2023, I've consistently felt let down.This repeated occurrence has left me feeling not only disappointed but also undervalued as a paying customer. I believe that if LA Fitness is going to offer child services as part of their membership package, they should ensure consistent and reliable service. It's disheartening to pay extra for a service that I rarely get to use effectively.

I stopped by for the first time at this location which is close to my work. I have just moved from out of state. When I checked in, there were issues with my membership that I had no idea about. Michael helped me with incredible kindness and took it upon himself to sort it out even calling with a follow up late in the day to let me know. He was so nice and professional and wanted to find a solution for me. People like him are a true asset to an organization.

This place is ruthless and will take all your money without batting an eyelash. I haven't had time to go and cancel, and they just berate you over the phone and then charge your card 5 times. Obviously, I couldn't afford it, so thanks for that.

The new employee that they recently hired for the Night Shift is not the brightest. It him 15 mins to process a payment instead of letting me update the info online.
