For over 35 years I've used Kuby's. I even used to air express frozen meat to them when I was out of state. David has created a unique computer program that assures the butchers get accurate instructions and are able to track your order. You get the animal you take in . This isn't some small part time operation, it's a highly organized profession plant. I have friends that fight over getting their sausage and salami when I share. They are diligent about how roast etc. are butchered. The smokers are industrial custom made in Germany.Someone complained about the smoked links casing being tough . Don't grill just simmer in water they are very flavorful.

Went a few years ago but the experience was awful. They gave me a bunch of freezer burned sausage. No way it was fresh or my deer.

I keep bringing every hog I shoot here and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend getting game meat processed here especially hog meat. Get the jalapeño cheddar sausages made. I have never brought a whole animal here, only deboned meat so I am not sure how they do with that.

Finest deer processing in Texas, and certainly in North Texas. No one else is even close. Helpful staff and great overall service. I'd never hesitate to recommend KWGP.

when going to pick up meat notice they are taking some of the meat. they state that I shot the deer in both of shoulder, when the dear was shot in the heart. Please check the meat for they are stealing some of the meat and not thinking some of us actually look and have degree that actually love math. Check your meat when picking it up, they have been cheating all of us most of us on our meat.

I’ve had a little of everything they offer and it’s all delicious. First time using them this season and will be returning. It’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

I have been a Kubys customer for nearly a decade with several deer and hogs each year. It is not the cheapest processing, but it is always very good. They recently switched over to vacuum sealing everything. I was excited about this at first, until I realized it was sealed in huge quantities which does not make much sense. I have to bust everything open and reseal it myself in smaller user friendly quantities. PLEASE switch over to sealed in 1 lb packs, or at least something smaller than 5lb bulk packs.
