Well I've been going here for years and I'm a regular. And I think Shay is nice. I've actually witnessed people being rude to her and she always keeps her cool. So don't believe every bad review. After looking at that person's profile every review he has ever made was negative. This Kroger is fine and the employees are very friendly

Was trying to find some flowers for my wife. Najla was working the Customer Service desk. She offered to scan the flowers to find the price and then said she could go ahead and ring me up there. She was extremely gracious and patient as I couldn’t find my credit card. I finally paid for it and was just totally impressed with her Service. Congratulations Kroger on hiring such a fine young lady.

Self-check out area has an African American Lady name SHay or Yaya , she had a bleach blond hair .. I have been living in this area for 20+ years and never seen ruder person. She is most likely not from around here, very rude and because of her I no longer shop in Kroger. Needs manners and customer service training, because this isn't Chicago or some other violent city, we are Texans, and we like nice.

Rudeness on aisle checkout. My purse was stolen a few days ago so I asked young man for a new Kroger card. I didn’t explain why, just politely asked. I was patronized & told I need to keep it on my keychain so I don’t “ lose it” ..really? After the trauma of my purse being stolen I get attitude from the checkout guy who is younger than my own son? Respect your elders & don’t lecture. that was way out of line & rude. Train your employees to respect & stay in their lane when dealing with customers.

Poor management. The service here isn't like Frankford and Midway location. Food items are old, especially bakery and produce. The floral and customer service desks have been closed on numerous occasions due to staff shortage.

The experience for my first time was HORRIBLE!!!!!! I stood in line for 10mis neither one of the mgrs acknowledged that I was there! Not a single customer was in line… david is rude and act as if he doesn’t want to assist others!!! MS. patricia was extremely nice and apologetic!! Need more people in the world like her.
I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

Kroger is going south quickly. aside from it consistently being short of staple items. the bathrooms have no toilet paper, none of them. store manager nowhere to be found. July 14, 2024

Again 10:37 pm and they are closed. Genene has been by far the worst person I’ve dealt with in customer service . She is rude and always too busy on her phone to help at checkout

Cashier name SHAY needs to get some customer service training. Went there over the weekend May of 2024. She did not look my direction and no greeting when she started ringing up my purchase and throwing items into the bag. The customer before me told her nicely to have a good day and got no response. I should have known what was coming. She threw my items into the bag. One item exploded in the bag. I told her and she told me to "Get a new one". Could not even look at me once. I was as friendly as ever and then told her with a smile to have a nice evening. Not one word. I know it is hard to find good help but if a cashier cannot even be in the slightest bit pleasant and hates her job that much, I would suggest she seek employment elsewhere where she has no contact with customers. Taking my business elsewhere.
