Worst service, nothing but attitude. Why anyone shops at this store is unknown with so many other options. Worst location is on Mockingbird in Dallas.

Pretty decent Kroger. Lots of good sales, consistently good produce, meats, and packaged selections, and fairly quiet if you shop in the mornings or evenings. Of course, they never have enough checkouts open outside of self checkout, but that's just the way things go now...it's still better than most, I don't ever recall waiting too long.
It can get pretty busy on the weekends, I recommend pickup orders, which are super easy. They also have the best sales on berries, I regularly see pints on sale for like $1.50. And soda 12 packs are sometimes buy 2 get 3 free.

This guy in the deli has been a complete jerk for the past few years he’s always offensive, rude cussing at me for walking close to the deli meat and looking at it. I’m sick of it for now on I’m not shopping here anymore because of him.

Amazing service. Especially by Jeff and Steve and all the rest. It would be great if this Kroger could be more diligent to pick up the litter in the parking lot.

So tired of having to get past homeless people sleeping in front of the store just to get inside. It’s not ok and the manager needs to do something about it. You’re not helping them; just making so my kids can’t go to the store alone. And I can go without being hassled

1 star because the gift was nice. It was also incomplete - only 10 of 15 roses arrived but charged for all. It was changed, which was fine because the substitute was nice but still shorted. The delivery to the car in the parking lot did not happen. The 800 number to resolve problems went in circles. Had to go inside and wait at customer service, but still charged the extra for pre-order. It would have been quicker to go to the flower department and buy them. 7 days after the order, a CSR called. I asked for the missing flowers to be delivered across the street to the recipient with their delivery service. The CSR had people in the background laughing at the request and said they will give me a couple $ back. I hung up. Worst customer service ever.

There's a man who goes by a woman's name. I don't remember the name. He has long black hair. He is dangerous. He races through the parking lot delivering groceries to people waiting in their cars and will run into you with a basket. Especially over your feet and scraping your legs to the point of bleeding. If you say anything he gets extremely belligerent. Be careful. I don't go there anymore. The store has some good sales if you make it inside. Walking through the parking lot is too much for me.

KROGER, where do I begin? I've been using this location as my go-to for grocery shopping for about 8 years. The staff is friendly & helpful, not to mention the savings! Not only do I shop here for my groceries, I also utilize the pharmacy ever since the CVS across the street closed down and I have to say, Kroger is better by far! The food is fresh, the shelves are stocked and the clearance all over the store is AMAZING! I get everything I need here and couldn't ask for more! If you are in the area driving through or even a local, this store is the place to be! Thank you, Kroger, for raising the bar on customer service and quality! :)
