Wears glasses and seems to be working a lot at this time. Just want to give a compliment. Not just this visit but EVERY TIME HE is working I see him working effectively and efficiently and is always friendly and helpful. Tonight 1255am I was in a hurry checking out. Left to leave and was about to pull out and he comes out with the ground beef I left at the register. Thanks. That was awesome bc I was going home to cook right then.

I go out of my way to shop here! The staff is so friendly. Stephen in the deli is the best. He remembers my order and always has a smile.

Location is the main reason I shop here but have been going for 10.5 years. New security guard is way too aggressive and feels like she has a personal beef with me for no reason. I'm sure theft is terrible but armed security getting attitude with regular shoppers and asking me to leave because I wanted to do self checkout is not the answer.

Updated 12-20-2024: Have stuck with this location through rising prices, declining merchandise quality, and overall poor service. Today the checker didn't say hello or acknowledge me in any way. After scanning my few items she tossed the ticket on the conveyor and ignored me as I finished bagging my items. Spoke to the manager to relay the same information stated here. Done with this location and with Kroger.

Parking is a mess. Store is too small for the area it serves so it’s always busy and staff tends to be a bit short and rude. I always hear them complaining about being over worked, so that’s probably why.

It's not the largest Kroger store but they have a nice variety of fresh and frozen foods. Great produce. Sushi available. Staff is friendly.

I've lived in the area for over 30 yrs, I've come to this krogers for years now! That being said the self checkout is THE WORST! Not just the system itself but also the lady they have stationed there. She's rude and doesn't like to be bothered. Ma'am the machine is asking you, for YOUR assistance. I cannot continue without you, but then she gets irritated that I called her over. If you're stationed at the self checkout, sorry to have to break it to you... but it's your job to help when the register asks for it! Also instead of taking an item from my hands, idk maybe offer to let me go grab the rest of the items. I didn't know it was a bundle, and instead of saying something like "If you'd like I can void ur transaction, so you can get the rest." She just took the item from my hand and walked away!?
I mentioned my gripe to my mother who also has lived in this area for several years and she said she no longer goes to self checkout for the same reason; that the ladies who work they hate to help. Unfortunately at night sometimes this is the only option. At this point I'll be sure to avoid coming here, I'd rather deal with Wal-Mart... and that's saying a lot. 😒

I experienced the worst customer service ever at this krogers, it's a shame because I love this krogers and I live just down the street from it, but after My experience with the check out assistant Shelia, it makes me not want to ever go back, she was not only rude to me but with another customer behind me as well, she has 0 empathy and patience, not sure how she was hired For that position, she obviously hates helping people, every question was answered with complete disgust and attitude, I Will be returning to kroger, because as I stated, I love that store, but if I walk in and see Shelia, I am walking out. Thank god I am a civil person with patience, the next customer she encounters with the same trash customer service may not have the same patience, I hope someone in management reads this and rectifies.
