I used to avoid this Kroger at all costs and usually go to the Kroger on Haskell but I was pleasantly surprised today. I needed a last minute item and didn’t want to drive far. They just upgraded all signage in store and it does overall look a lot better and cleaner. They now have sushi too! Super happy about this. I noticed they started carrying some more Simple Truth products (a big reason why I didn’t shop here to begin with) I do wish they continue to bring more ST and STO products.
Their beer selection is small but they have the essentials, just waiting on them to have more of a craft beer selection like other Krogers.
You can tell they’re putting in a lot of work into this Kroger and we appreciate all the changes. I’m glad I decided to go here today, it definitely changed my mind and I might slowly start to shop at this location more. Excited for all the progress at this location!

They have updated this location. It is the oldest Kroger in Dallas County.

I just left the store and tried to use my krogers member card and the cashier Francesca was having a problem with her cash register and scanned her personal card and I didn’t receive the applied discounts I had clipped to my account, I looked and seen that it was a completely different card number in which was wrong. Please coach her on better customer service skills to better assist customers because she knew she wasn’t right and still told me it was my card. Horrible experience!!!! Never again!!!

This Kroger location is TRASH!! They need to tear it all down and build a whole new one it is time!! It stinks and smells in this store very horrible!!

Disgustingly filthy store! Sauce spilled on the floor and not cleaned. The meat department had such rancid I almost literally vomited and I don't consider myself to be super sensitive to these kinds of things. I promptly put down my potential purchase and walked out. The health department needs to investigate this place!

Wanted to write something about the condition of this store and how consistently bad it is and how not enough people are looking at Kroger corporate and instead want to blame shoppers and staff but I think the point is moot. A trend I’ve seen is people saying that if you complain too much they’ll take away one of the only stores in Oak Cliff. I just think Oak Cliff deserves better; clean stores that are well-stocked with fresh, reasonably priced produce. A girl can dream.

I am writing to complain about the behavior of a security guard at your store. I was shopping in the self-checkout area when I was stopped by a black female security guard who asked me for my receipt. I showed her my receipt, but she accused me of theft. She said that she had seen me in the self-checkout area before and that she thought I was trying to steal. I was very upset by this accusation. I am a regular customer at your store and I have never stolen anything. I told the security guard that she was mistaken, but she continued to accuse me. She even threatened to call the police. I am very disappointed with the way that I was treated by the security guard. I felt like I was being harassed and discriminated against. I do not believe that I was treated fairly. I am requesting that you take action to address this situation. I want the security guard to be reprimanded for her behavior. I also want your store to implement a policy that prohibits security guards from accusing customers of theft without evidence. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Yesterday 3/8/24, I went to the Kroger store in Wynnewood. I'm 68 & due to my "Sciatica" pain in my back/legs it's difficult to walk long or stand. And I'm wobbly on my cane. I've fallen a few times. This particular store obviously doesn't care abt their elderly customers. They have 3 motorized shopping carts. 1 was down & I believe that only 1-2 was working. I was given a chair to sit in while waiting on a cart. I waited for 30-40 min., got frustrated & decided to leave. I cannot walk that store while leaning on a basket. I saw at least 4 other elders cm in on canes etc that did just that (leaning on a basket). When a store is that large they should have more than 3 carts for the handicapped. This is the last time that I'll step foot into said store! Even when Albertsons takes over I doubt that they'll be any better. It's a shame that one can't shop in their own neighborhood. Instead I have to go across town, either further south or north. Just ridiculous! ?

If I could give negative stars I would. If you’re in the area just go literally anywhere else but this Kroger. The security lady stopped me to check my receipt because I “had too many items but bagged.” Proceeded to check my receipt and she can’t even read the receipt and asked ME to find it like I work there? Literally harassed when she had zero legal right to do that. She’s a joke and needs to be fired.
Update: I addressed this with Corporate so if you’re the security guard or manager at this establishment and feel some type of way rest assured I’ll be more than happy to discuss with you the discrimination you display to Hispanics.

At this time, they are revamping the layout of the store. I'm sure it will be more customer friendly once they have finished the process, but right now, it's a bit confusing and time consuming finding some of the products you're looking for.

TELL ME WHY I GO SHOP AT THAT STORE LIKE ANY OTHER DAY BECAUSE THAT'S MY MAIN STORE NEAR MY HOME, AND AS SOON AS IM DONE CHECKING OUT THE SECURITY LADY WANTS TO SEE MY RECEIPT, SO I GIVE IT TO HER AND SHE SEES IT THAN I ASK HER WHY SHE ASKED ME FOR IT AND HER RESPONSE WAS BECAUSE I WENT TO THE OTHER SIDE OF SELF CHECK OUT THAT WAS OPEN! NOT CLOSED WITH 2 CASHIERS SUPERVISING THAT SIDE ALSO SO I GUESS SHE WANTS TO ASSUME THAT IM STEALING BECAUSE OF THAT! I MEAN HOW STUPID WAS THAT I WAS SO ANGRY BECAUSE GOD AS MY WITNESS I AIN'T STEAL AND YET SHE AIN'T SIT THERE AND STOP OTHER SHOPPERS PASSING HER BY SMH! FROM HERE ON OUT IF KROGERS GOING TO ASSUME WE STEALING BECAUSE WE GO TO THE OTHER LANE THAT WAS OPEN THAN CLOSE IT NEXT TIME PLEASE!!! BECAUSE I FELT VERY OFFENDED!!!!!!
