We stopped going to this location because they never had any motorized shopping carts available. Please think about the handicap and disabled and consider getting more motorized carts and making sure that they are charged up fully.

Short black woman with blonde colored hair is extremely rude, went for a return and was very impolite and aggressive for quite honestly no reason, I’m simply asking for a return not putting a gun to your head. don’t know if she’s the manager or not but yeah, very awful service and manners talking to patronizing customers.

Every time I go in to get a meal from the deli the cashiers are so rude. I just end up leaving because they have bad attitude like they don't want to deal with customers. I get that they are probably tired or whatever but that's your job. They pay you to serve the customers and give good customer service. How hard is it to be nice and friendly, at least fake it..

I’ve really enjoyed shopping at this Kroger because it’s in a convenient local neighborhood. However, I frequently use the butcher/meat section, and my experiences with the butcher at this location have been consistently unpleasant. The older caucasian gentleman who works there is rude every time I interact with him, making the experience frustrating rather than welcoming. I completely understand that people may have personal challenges, but professionalism and courtesy should still be a priority in customer service. Unfortunately, due to these repeated negative interactions, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere - TOM THUMB

Loren was the florist on schedule and I was looking at the flowers. I noticed that many of the flowers looked very dry and dead and I understand since it is the weekend of Valentine's day. I noticed that he had a lot of new fresh rose sets out in the counter. I asked if I could please see them and he responded to me"I just put those flowers out" in a very unprofessional and mad attitude. And I responded to him " yes but those look more fresh". Loren just responded and said that those other flowers were fresh too. He did not offer yo help or anything. Very rude and unprofessional.

Disappointing Experience at Kroger
I recently visited the Kroger grocery store and was absolutely appalled by the condition of the restrooms. It's hard to believe that such a well-known grocery chain could neglect such a basic necessity. The restrooms haven't been cleaned since October 2024, which is just unacceptable. It raises serious concerns about their commitment to hygiene and customer care.
If they can’t even manage to keep their restrooms clean, how can we trust them to provide fresh and safe food for the community? It’s disheartening to see a grocery store that claims to care about its customers and community fall short in such a fundamental area.
I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and prioritizes cleanliness and hygiene. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

It’s 1216am. Sign says open until 1am locked up dude inside said it’s closed. It’s 12:15am. Don’t come here thinking there open passed 12am because there not. Pics show hours and screen shot shows time I was here. 5-10 mins early is one thing but an hour c’mon. It’s 5 mins from my house but I will drive 30mins further just to give my money to business that is opened when they say there open. If I hated my job so bad I closed an hour early I think I would find me another job that’s just lazy employee’s.

On 1/17/2025, just poor customer service from the store manger on duty at 11:00 am when I was there, I asked for help and ultimately had to call the corporate office to get the situation resolved.

It wasn’t great service, but the employee did seem to be having a good time. I gave two stars because it’s been more than a month that the exterior and parking lot lights are non-functioning. And security is inside kicked back in an electric scooter with zero line of site to the parking lot.
It’s very creepy and I will not return at night until that situation is resolved
