This kroger has the best staff. Every pharmacist i have came across in the last 10 years give A* service. The pharmacy tech are amazing as well. I wish the main store had the service they have.

I am very impressed with the service and the empathy that the pharmacy provided. I came before 9 am this morning on 4/3/2005 he opened exactly on time, welcomed me and got to business, told me it would take 30 minutes as it had not been filled yet only took 15 and at same time he answered phone with grace, waited on other seniors at counter and never missed a beat. Thank you for your service and explaining my prescription and making it a delightful experience

This has honestly got to be the worst pharmacy ever!! Tried calling multiple times and their line cut multiple times! I finally got a hold of someone and some lady had some attitude whenever I told her about the issue with the phone just so they can be aware of it ! Please don’t fill here and fill at another Kroger!!

Kroger pharmacy drive thru staff sucks(Tiffany).I explained her I am here to pick up and I was trying to give her my dad last name and She showed me like a rude face bcz I was spelling out the last name. I am a nurse.I also work 16 to 17 hr shift. But never ever treat your customers like that you just don’t care or show a rude face. I hope pharmacy manager can talk to her(Tiffany).

I have an infection but their computers went down. I can't get my prescription. There should at least be a backup for when these things happen. I went out of my way to go to this pharmacy when I have one across the street from where I live. I won't be going back after I get this one prescription. It's pathetic and unacceptable

Obnoxious, aggressive Spectrum salespeople at a small table today immediately when I walked in the door. Very uncomfortable and anxiety inducing. I should have turned around and not even walked in the door as soon as I saw them. Those people who hand out alcohol samples in stores and such also give me anxiety, so maybe it's just me. Not sure why Kroger would have allowed an outside business to aggressively bother people on their way into the store.

WARNING:CASHIER ASSAULTS CUSTOMER on Saturday, 7/29/2023 at 4:24 PM.Emesha, a store cashier assaulted me after asking to talk to a manager about my pick up order missing 5 items.She told me to go get the missing items myself, because that's the way they do things there. She justified her statement by following up with, "I'm just trying to get you in and out of the store and on your way home."I asked to speak to someone above her and she stated, "Yeah, they are not here."I took a picture of her and after doing so she put her right hand in my face and grabbed my phone away with her left hand and held it back from me.She also shoved me twice in the process of trying to grasp my phone back. She then loosened her grip on my phone and I was able to get it back, but not because she was handing it back.Upon walking away from the altercation, she threatened to call the police on me!DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!If you have a customer complaint they are incompetent of handling the situation. A simple refund turned into an assault on a customer.

Amina checked me out today, and the customer service was absolutely non existent. She referred to her co worker as the N word In front of a line of people. She then said " if I have to wait to take my break at 9 that would be some bullshit". I was extremely uncomfortable and the manager Crystal was right there and said absolutely nothing. I've been trying to give this Kroger more chances, but this was the last and final straw for me.

Worst place! Been here 3 times to pick meds. Messed up my prescription order then lost it and I still have to go back so they can try to find it!

I don't think it's possible to get slower service. I DREAD when I'm out of deli meat. It's amazing how long you can wait when there is NO other people waiting.
