I'm very satisfied with the outstanding customer service I received here. I had an appointment for fingerprinting. Mike immediately addressed my presence, stopped what he was working on, and made sure I had everything needed to proceed. The entire process took less than 3 min. Mike went above and beyond, even suggesting some local lunch spots that I asked about (I'm from out of town). Mike took the time of day to chat with me for bit while he took care of a new customer that had arrived. For this customer experience, I'm greatly appreciative. The "big-box" shipping storefronts can't hold a candle to Knox Street Postal Center. Thanks, Mike!

They overcharged me for stamps. Do not buy stamps from here they were about double somewhere else and I didn't realize until it was too late.

Had to return a stroller there, process was super easy and staff was so friendly! He didn't mind helping me grab it from my car, and took care of it from there. Great customer service!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The customer service is exceptional, they always take the time to show all my shipping options and costs. I ship to New Zealand and Australia a few times a year, and I love that the addresses I ship to are saved. This saves me double checking all the information as I know the previous packages have arrived correctly. Will only use Knox Street Postal Center for all my shipping needs!!
