We went in for a consultation and everything went perfect. We got to customize everything and even add some personalized engraving to the clothing. Five days before our wedding, we get a call that the suit is here but come to find out. It’s the WRONG COLOR!!! I’m so disappointed that my husband won’t get the outfit of his dreams and now has to settle for something we didn’t want.

We went in to have a consultation with Jamie. From our first conversation via text she was fun and eager to help. When we arrived, Jamie took the stress of decision making completely out of the picture and got to know us quickly through her personal style of assessment. Jamie’s experience pays off, she know what to suggest and what will not work for her client. We walked out feeling absolute delighted with our selections and plan to purchase more. Could not offer a higher recommendation for Jamie and her consulting at The Knot Standard.

Terrible experience. I ordered two custom suits and neither fits well. At every step of the process the salesperson told me they fit perfectly and that a custom suit is supposed to be tight. Even when the suit was so tight that I could not wash my hands, they told me this is what a custom suit is supposed to feel like. I have had better fitting suits off the rack.Edit: After responding to my review asking that I email them, I have not heard anything back. It took one business day to respond to my review pretending to be concerned but over a week with no response to my email.

I had an amazing experience at Knot Standard. I was looking to get a custom tuxedo for my wedding and Alexa was amazing and very helpful. I’ll definitely be back for another custom suit

Dallasite treated horribly. Chose some beautiful fabrics. Paid almost 5 grand for 2 pants, 2 shirts and 2 jackets. Thought everything would be perfect. Not so. At final fitting there were more alterations needed. After I was told they were made I arrived to pick up my clothes. Did a try on, the pants were so tight I couldn't sit down, also they were too short. Basically high waters. Both shirts sleeves were one long and one short. Jackets, well picture PeeWee Herman. Adriana Melara the liaison who fitted me initially was not there although the young woman there at the time called someone. She told me I'd be getting a call soon. After 10 minutes a woman from Corporate in New York called and said it would take a few weeks but they would fix it. I stated I had already waited a couple months and didn't have time. She said "I would get a full refund but to take the clothes that was already made and get out". I said excuse me. She then stated "maybe I could find something at Nordstrom Rack that would be to my liking but to leave immediately" and hung up in my face. Noone deserves to ever be treated like this period.

no one picked up the phone for a hour and when i went in instead they said they will only tailor suits they sold you, so if you are coming in with a suit they will not help you, wish i knew this before i drove over here

I was assisted by Alexa E., who couldn't have been more helpful in ensuring I look my best on my wedding day. She was very knowledgeable, communicative, and guided me along the process seamlessly (pun intended).Knot Standard was quick with getting me my custom tuxedo in a matter of weeks, with minor alterations needed. I will definitely be back for further formal needs!

My experience with Knot Standard has been nothing short of incredible. I first wondered in here looking for a custom tux for my wedding. I was so impressed with the different fabrics and designs as well as the quality and timeliness. I ended up with a tux, a linen suit, and a few other options that were all perfect for the big day.I have been working with Adriana as my stylist since day 1 and she has been absolutely fantastic. She really took the time to understand my style and I've taken her advice on several different pieces that she's knocked out of the park. I couldn't be happier.I don't live in Dallas, but this hasn't been a problem for me. I still place occasional orders for new pieces and they always deliver. If ever there's a problem with the fit or anything, my experience has always been that it's handled promptly and without cost to me.Highly recommended!
