i took my first class at Kiva Pilates and the class was incredible. I’m obsessed and will definitely be coming back. I love the small class sizes. I took the class with Shannon and she was an amazing instructor. She was very knowledgeable, gave clear instructions, and patient. I highly recommend this place.

I have now taken two of the prenatal Pilates classes at Kiva and can truly not rave enough about them. From the incredible and considerate instructors, to the amazing community you quickly build in a small class, it’s been the perfect fitness routine as I enter my second trimester and beyond!
