Complete incompetence at the front gate for deliveries. Why does it take over an hour waiting in line? Then, when I get to the front of the line I just stand there at the door for 15 minutes before I’m helped.

Truck driver waiting over 8 hours schedule to pick up at 4:30 pm it's 12:30 in the morning now and still not ready I'm not sure if I'm even going to get paid for detention

This place is terrible for unloading. My driver arrived to unload at 9 am, the appointment for 10 am was given the door at 930 am, and they are still unloading it.
And it's 3 pm. I recommend not going to this place and if you go, be prepared to wait about 8 hours.

This place is terrible for downloading. Delivery appointment 10 am and it's 3 pm and they still haven't finished unloading the truck. We arrived early, they gave us the door at 930 am and we are still waiting. If your Dispatch is going to look for a return, it should be to charge at least after about 8 hours.

Got to this place. It is very easy to find. You will notice right away. Just look for the long line just to check in with the guard.Got a live load at 2 pm. I show up 130pm just to get to guard took me like 45min.After all that struggle, I was assigned to a dock. And waited for another 3hrs. To get load it. I add a picture as proof. Hope your visit here goes way different.Drop and hook is a piece of cake. It's just that 45min, you need to wait to check in. And out.
