Do not recommend kid craft due to their poor customer service. These are rings that broke during assembly of a slide for a playhouse that was a gift. Customer service has asked for the same information over and over just to give a quote to buy new pieces as we don’t have the original receipt due to the item being gifted. If these pieces broke just during assembly, not sure I trust the safety of this play set with actual play.

Kidkraft should stop selling kids simply stylish kitchen set product immediately. I bought this item 3 times hoping that the product will not be damaged and I may receive correct item. But unfortunately everytime I received damaged item and not only crossed by frustration level but wasted my time and made my kid unhappy everytime. When contacted service no valuable response which fix anything. I will suggest you should not buy this item and avoid kidkraft product

I've never done business with this compnay. In fact I had never heard of them until my debit card was fraudulent charged $99.99. No one will answer the phones. The online chat option is a joke.

My review was denied on their website. We are very unhappy with this company. I researched multiple companies and I regret picking this one. The swing set was shipped poorly. It was damaged in-transit. I reported the damaged to customer service but my complaint was not answered. I went weeks without a response despite multiple emails to “Holly”. I finally had to call in and deal with this. I was offered $99 for my trouble. I will never buy from the company and will never recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about our outdoor playset. Purchased from Costco 2 years ago and very high quality. I assembled the whole set myself over a weekend and our set has stood up to every bit of weather no problem.I am the most impressed with their customer service. I've contacted KidKraft twice (once under warranty and once out of warranty), and both scenarios were taken care of promptly and with outstanding communication. Super fast shipping and kids are very happy.I'm baffled with the poor reviews? Not discrediting others have had issues, but I am very handy and knew what I was getting into building this set.

Bought a KidKraft art easel from a third party site and had to return it. It was chipped and damaged, and more importantly, it was made from cheap, painted MDF, instead of real wood, like the photo advertised. Their quality is terrible—save your money and buy real wood products from countless other great brands out there. It bugs me that they clearly used photos that showed the product as real wood and sold something entirely different.

I can't give a star one is too many. I purchased a playground set for my child for Christmas. I called while working to get assistance because I hired someone to come and put the playground together before Christmas Day. However, I was spoken to rudely by Rebecca of KidKraft that told me it was not KidKraft responsibility to provide me with a replacement set but it was the responsibility of Sams Club from whom I purchased the product. The problem with this is Sam's does not make the playset, KidKraft does Rebecca. So you mean to tell me that you can ask someone else to sell your product and then not stand behind your mistake in that you shipped a box without all of the parts. I wish I would spend $1800 on play set and then go back and forth to Home Depot and Lowes or anywhere else to make this work. Unacceptable. Rebecca was horrible and if she is any indication of what kind of people work for this company, I will never purchase from them again.

My kids love their toys from KidKraft! Great company making quality and custom toys for little girls and boys, babies too.Located here in Dallas it’s great to be able to buy great, well constructed kids toys and furniture- buy local!Thank you Kid Kraft team!

Some how my playing on the computer I landed on the BBB page and saw that KidKraft had 1 out of 5 stars and that is not accurate in my opinion. I had the pleasure of dealing with the customer service team at KidKraft and it's top knotch. The rep I dealt was knowledgable, helpful, and even reach out to my regarding a play set I wanted to get for my children. The gentlemans name was John or David and he representated KidKraft well. Geniuine service before we had all this social media. I will remember KidKraft when I am ready to pull the handle and purchase a playset. I did notice that have payment plans now and that would help me out. I don't know about these other reviews but had to let everyone know my positive experience.

I bought a majestic doll house during black Friday week for $137. I received an email with the order number and explaining due to Covid-19 they were taking a little bit longer to send orders. I called yesterday because I did not received a tracking number or any other email after two weeks. They told me my order was cancelled because they did not have the house. I did not receive any email saying giving me that information and I checked my PayPal account and the money still pending. I do not understand why after two weeks, if they cancelled my order the transaction still pending if that takes between 3 to 5 business days. Nobody is giving me an answer, just that my order was cancelled that's it. They did not offer any solution or any other help besides to buy a new house because the house is out of stock but I keep checking their own website and the house is available for purchase. Also, they want PayPal to resolve the transaction because they do not know why still pending when PayPal says this company has not closed or cancelled the transaction. I can see the house ready to buy right now for $189.

Kidkraft has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their agents are rude, curt, and totally lack customer service training. I tried to leave a review on their website and I received a message saying my review would not be posted because it did not meet their criteria! This is the reason why you only see good reviews on their site. They won't post any negative reviews. I returned a dollhouse two weeks ago and still have not received a refund! Product is poorly made and kidkraft will not stand behind their product. Managers are also rude so it all starts with management. Attitude of agents reflects leadership! Also they require you return items via fed ex & the cost to ship item back is normally 1/2 price of what you pay for product. Luckily I knew someone who worked for fed ex so I was able to ship item back for a fraction of the cost. I was told I would get a shipping label by an agent but heads up they don't issue one So shipping back an item is on you! Hold times are unusually long and agents can never give you any answers! They say they will send a message and someone will call you back. Two weeks later and still no call back! I would never do business with kidkraft again! Additionally I've looked on eBay for product and all being sold second hand have broken parts so it's an indicator that product lacks quality! Decided against purchasing product altogether! Avoid wasting money and go elsewhere!

Do not do business with this company.Their product was defective and injured my child. KidKraft has attempted to deny any and all responsibility. They have never inquired about the incident in order to prevent it from happening and were uninterested din how my son was healing. They offered me a replacement if I sign a release agreement. The first iteration would have prevented me from speaking about this incident to anyone on any platform or privately. The later iterations still included language that denied all responsibility and may have prevented any recourse if the replacement was also faulty. I asked for a refund after all of this of $117. KidKraft refused. Do not do business with them. Safety is not a priority and they do not stand behind their products.
