Kelly and Georgia are an absolute gems to work with. Not only did they find my dream diamond and set it beautifully, they are so much fun, efficient, and pleasant to work with. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and a true expert. I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect engagement ring! I am not one to write reviews but I had to as they are exceptional. From the moment I walked into the store,I was looked upon like i don't belong there.Bunch of uppity workers.I had a terrible experience with this store. Went there to talk about a ring I would like,told them my budget,The lady that attended to me pretended to care and even gave me her card. Told me to send her the picture of the ring I wanted. I sent them several times,no response. Had to call her several times and she lied that she was about to call me. She never did. They treated me like trash at that store.In response to Kelly,I never got any ring pictures to choose from and I NEVER got any calls back from your store.If you had any interest in my business,you could have called to ask if I got the pictures or not. Calling seem to be hard from you guys. Anyway,I have said my piece from how I felt I was treated.goodbye

This fine establishment was recommended to me for repairs to my Hermès bracelet. They saved me tons of money by being able to accommodate my needs locally vice sending the bracelet to Hermès in Paris. Immediately upon entering I was welcomed and could barely pay attention due to all the fine pieces my eyes saw. They accepted my jewelry and returned it days later as promised. I saw a few pieces I would love to try and will be doing that very soon. Beautiful store and I will definitely be back.

Kelly Mitchell has the best jewelry and customer service in Dallas. If you are looking for a jeweler you can trust, there is no better place. Not to mention, they have the capacity to make anything you are looking for. I could not recommend them enough, from engagement rings to beautiful gifts you wont be able to find anything else, they have it all.
