We contacted KB Towing to have one of our work vans transported to Dallas for service. They responded promptly and even met me to pick up the key as the pickup location was out in Gainesville. They were friendly professional and very reasonably priced.

My motorcycle battery died on a test drive after the winter, and these guys had no problem towing my bike to the mechanic. Very good communication between the office agent and the driver of the tow truck. The driver was super careful and diligent when securing my bike with straps. His driving was safe, he was friendly and reassuring. I knew I found the right folks if I ever need help from a tow at a great value.

Very unprofessional, I called in for a tow, and was given an estimate of an hour wait. After about an hour goes by, I call back to check on the ETA, and I don’t mind waiting a bit. The lady then tells me it’s gonna be about an hour and a half from what it “looks” like, this is after I’ve already waited the hour they mentioned. I reverified that an hour and a half is the eta and she said yes. I told her that’s not what I was told. And she said well the driver probably knows more so if he said an hour it’s probably an hour. After this I asked directly for the drivers number to be in direct communication with him because the lady on the phone has no idea what’s going on. She says sure puts me on hold, and proceeds to tell me they don’t have any available drivers at the moment, and that the second I’m assigned a driver she would send me his name and info. So this entire time I’ve been waiting for someone to come, nobody was ever on the way. 1 hour was never the eta. Neither was an hour and a half that was also a lie. Just straight up waited for an hour and nobody was even on their way. I don’t recommend this place for towing at all. Very unorganized and they have no idea what’s going on or how to run operations. Went from Im on my way 1 hour eta, to 1 hour and a half, to u don’t even have a driver. How is this even possible. Needless to say since nobody was on the way I told them to cancel everything. Aside from that at least the lady on the phone wasn’t rude or giving attitude. But this is unacceptable

The service was AWESOME! They responded with a quote very quickly and came to pick up my car within 45 min. Driver was friendly, helpful and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Really great customer service!! After I was bamboozled by another company who made me wait 4 hours and never showed, roadside assistance dispatched KB Towing and he came within 10 minutes. The driver even offered to drop my car off to the dealer, left the key in the drop box for me and updated me with text and photos. AmazingService: Car towing

My husband's car quit running on the service road of George Bush, so we called KB towing who sent Juan to the rescue. Juan went above and beyond with great customer service, he not only towed our car home but also helped get it into the driveway and garage. Excellent company! The driver was so skilled at getting my Lincoln town car out of my alley driveway. The car had no steering capability! It was amazing how he did it without hurting my fence or my neighbors!! WOW!

Anna was pleasant on the phone and was able to quickly get me a price that was stuck to. Arturo showed up on time and did a great job. He took proper care in strapping down my tool boxes and moved them without issue. Would definitely recommend and reuse.

Great service!! Nancy Mesta was very friendly and gave me a reasonable price. They were quick and efficient, arrived within 15 minutes after calling. Adam was professional and safe with my vehicle. I recommend KB towing to all those who need quick service.
