My experience with Junkerz CASH went very well! From the young lady who answers the phone to Elvis who picked my car up….they were professional, light hearted and very quick. I called late 1 day and they came at 9am the next day. Elvis was nice , friendly and professional he did his job, hooked up that car and was done before I knew it! ! I’ve already told 2 people and I wish continued success to you all!

Horrible communication and organization. I inquired about a part through Facebook Market and received a message back with pricing. Upon arriving, we walked into the office and asked about the part and the guy in the front said nothing but signaled the back. Walked the whole damn yard and saw nothing. We even asked one of the parters for help and he literally said, "chinguen su madre yo no se". We were shook but we brushed it off because you know what I once worked a junk yard too and i know sometimes the parters can be hectic and easily fustrated. But it still doesn't justify it being okay to answer someone like that. They could be a little more up to date on their inventory and their staff could be a little more generous and helpful. Drove a whole hour to the location and now having to drive an hour back home WITH NO HOOD.

I was a little skeptical at first because there are so many scams out here. I must admit that Im a very pleased customer Vanessa Teresa(dispatcher) and Alex(tow driver) were All very Friendly and Professional. Once my offer was confirmed and pick up scheduled the process was very quick and simpleSo if you are looking to get rid of one of your old cars or trucks I Highly Recommend JUNKERZ?????

This guys are a joke prepare yourself for multiple prices, first price over the text and the other price after you be waiting for an hour so the tow truck/ estimator to arrive. Price will change !!!! Surprise !!! this company is just not serious about any one is time

I found this place online a few months ago but i wasn't ready to part with my 20 year old expedition (emotionally)... I finally said its time, and was able to schedule an appointment right away. They were fast, understanding, & easy to work with. The driver was great, very professional and made me feel comfortable with my decision. They paid me the most i could have gotten for my truck as well. I totally recommend this place!

Hands down, best customer service. The process was fast and easy. I called for questions and had a tow truck ready to pick up my vehicle within the hour. Very pleased with my decision to go with junkerz. 10/10 recommended ? ?

A really good company with amazing customer service.I wanted to sell my car and they made it very easy and provided me with a step by step process. The driver was quick and got the work done on time. I had a few questions after the pick and the customer service was there to answer them and got me with the details right away10/10 recommended.
