I come here every time but today, I was on the clock, I asked how long shawarma takes, they said 5-10 minutes. 15 minutes later, I’m asking everyone to help me ask the kitchen to bring it. The manager ignored me completely, won’t say anything, why hire a fool for a manager, get someone better honestly. The cook finally brought it out and then yelled at me that, not sure where that one came from because I was trying to talk with the manager. Get better staff, the ones I usually see here are sensible, but today, both the manager and the kitchen staff were very rude and useless honestly. How on earth will a manager just ignore someone, like not speak at all, just completely ignore me. Grow up, this isn’t Nigeria where you can perform all these stupid behaviors you are displaying. This manager will pursue people away and ruin your business. Didn’t even wrap the Shawarama well. TERRIBLE MANAGER EVEN WORSE STAFF

On October 17th, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of JTC, and he was very kind, gentle, and generous. He paid for my food, and I appreciated his kind gesture.
JTC is Clean, has fantastic food, and has excellent customer service. A place to get the best Jollof rice in Dallas. It has that Afro-Christian vibe that is welcoming.
I recommend them as the best!

The majority of products in this store are expired, and when I bring it to their attention, they disregard my concerns. As a result, I have stopped purchasing groceries from this store. Additionally, my friend purchased a drink that was already expired two months prior to buying it. It seems that the store's primary focus is on making a profit, rather than ensuring the quality and safety of the products they sell to consumers. I spoke with the owner a few weeks ago about this issue, and their response led me to realize that they are aware of the expired products but choose to ignore it.

This is a terrible African store, I was scammed with the prices, sold olaola 18.5 lbs to me for $64.99 and case of noodles for $30.99 sadly I didn't see the price until I got home and all sales are final.
