I hired Johnson Storage & Moving for a complicated move down to Miami from Dallas that included over a months long stay in storage and shipping my expensive motorcycle and I could not have had a better experience. Angie was an absolutely wonderful quarterback for the entire move. She was a delight to deal with, always on the ball and never left me hanging throughout the entire process from start to completion. Scott was also great to work with on moving day both in dallas and Miami and the team on my final move in day post storage was great too. Johnson was more than transparent on pricing, willing to work with me on how I can make it more affordable and not a single item was broken. I would highly recommend giving them your business. If you get the same experience you won’t be disappointed.

I will not be using Johnson Storage again nor recommending them to any more of my clients. I was sold a "Full Value Protection" coverage at an additional expense of $525. Johnson Storage & Moving knew full well that we would be doing our own packing when we were sold this insurance plan.Numerous items were broken during the move mostly likely due to the improper stacking of boxes (larger boxes atop smaller boxes) which fell over in the garage. My insurance claim was denied due to the fact that we packed ourselves.CAVEAT EMPTOR!***Update**** I'm being credited $250 (approximately 1/3 of the value of the damaged goods and less than 1/2 of the insurance cost as a "Goodwill gesture".

We moved from Rockwall Texas to Lincoln Nebraska. The move went very well. We packed the boxes. Got three prices, they were competitive, so went with the big boys. A few minor scratches, but we expected that to happen, as we’ve moved before. I’d definitely recommend them.

Johnson moved my household across state lines. They arrived and packed up a lot of boxes and furniture within 4 hours. 2 days later, right when I was ready for it, the items were delivered to my new home and quickly delivered. Overall a good moving experience.

Niki, Christy and their moving team did a great job. The quote was easy to get. Niki came to our apartment and gave the quote very quickly. Christy checked in all the time to make sure things were going well. The moving team was also very efficient and pleasant to work with.

The only extra charges we got where from the 3rd party who crated and uncrated our tv's...They claimed we hadn't paid a bill when we did...The move went great only a few small things broke but I could have packed them better. We did loose 1 box though of important kitchen items I will have to rebuy now. But overall the actual move went well and would use again! United has a do not go over price and they did not! They inventoried like crazy but this way no unexpected charges come up.

The team that performed my move was very professional and i did not have anything damaged or broken.New house had some tight areas and that was quite the feat to have nothing affected.

I’ve moved several times in my adult life and have never felt so compelled to leave a 100% five star review until now. The guys with Johnson Storage and Moving blew my mind with how quickly and thoroughly they packed my house and loaded the truck in the same day. Arriving at the destination in another state on schedule, they unloaded and assembled my furniture like true professionals, even deflating and folding the inflatable mattress I had been sleeping on while my belongings were in transit. Ron and his team members are legit! - outstanding work ethic, efficient while still being thorough and careful, true gentlemen with refreshing cheerful and positive attitudes. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Johnson Storage and Moving handled all aspects of my move professionally and swiftly. From the beginning, they were very responsive to all of my requests. The items arrived before the scheduled date even when winter storms slowed travel.

Wonderful experience overall. Driving/loading crews were great in all respects. Professional, efficient, courteous, etc. Only issue was with the subcontracting packing firm. Supervisor is spread too thin and has too many sites to deal with at the same time. Spent minimal time at our home, the result was that some of the packers did not get the instructions we gave to him and made errors in packing, leaving some items unpacked and not packing other items correctly. The supervisor had to come the next morning and fix their errors. He should have been present more throughout the day, and certainly should have been present at the end of the packing before the crew was discharged.
