cant get my person there to give me any info on my car or its completion date. Called on Friday & got the most disinterested sounding person, called back on monday after not hearing from that person & still waiting on a call back and its Thursday, NOT WANTING ANYTHING BUT INFORMATION TO PLAN AROUND BUT THEY REFUSE TO CALL BACK, SINCE HAVING CAR FROM 11JAN2024 been called 1 time told i would be kept informed and that was a lie, have asked questions was flat out told she didnt know and wouldnt estimate, its a front bumper cover and a few things 3 hours of mechanical work & 26.6 in body labor how many more weeks god only knows, definately not informative or fast! cant wait to see the work....after a 10 min wait i find out it will be done at 515 today.

This business is amazing. I almost wish I had more car problems so I had to go more often ? I had a minor accident and decided to bring my car here to get the bumper replaced. The reception area is clean, and the front desk workers are friendly and helpful. Everyone here has great communication and I knew they would take great care of my car. When I picked up my car, they had even cleaned the inside and out! It smelled brand new. Highly recommend!!

After a collision my insurance company recommended this company. The people were so nice and helpful with getting me a rental while my car was being repaired. When my car was repaired, it looked like a new car. I highly this business ...nice people and great work

I had a great experience here. Car repairs are usually a headache, so I was not looking forward to getting a large scratch/dent on my car fixed. But as soon as I got there I felt very welcomed - I was particularly impressed when they ordered me an Uber home after dropping my car off. When I picked it up, the work done was perfect and the car had even been washed and vacuumed. I was super impressed!! They’ll take care of you and your car.Services: Painting

This was an outstanding experience in car repair. My bumper was repaired and painted in just 3 days. My BMW is as good as new thanks to Texas Collision Center.
