Never answers the phone. It's very difficult to tell where the store is located on Camp Wisdom, so I called SEVERAL times to ask and they don't answer. Smh how do they stay in business if they can't answer the phone. I ended up going to the Foot Locker and getting some shoes.

Where is the 0 stars button??? Called to inquire about an upcoming release. Female answered, very unprofessional. Didn't get her name but she seemed as if she did not want to be at work. I informed her about my situation and my brief conversation with customer service, the associate replied "ok, what you want". I sat in disbelief for a few seconds but decided not to get mad. I asked my question and got in return an answer that had nothing to do with my question and was told to call customer service. Seems like over the last few years of shopping with Jimmy jazz I've had horrible service and overall bad experience. In conclusion I nor anyone who know me will never shop with Jimmy jazz ever again.

I will never buy shoes here again for my twin toddlers... I didn't know about the 14 days return policy and all I needed was a size up n I call customer service in which they was very nice n helpful but unfortunately they couldn't help cuz it was an in store purchase... I still have my receipt but just waiting on a response from Corporate and u got it no response n being waiting for an email r phone call for three weeks now... I'm done.... thx Jimmy Jazz for putting ur customers first....
