The young girl sold us jewelry that she discounted verbally. I say this because when I made payments they kept taking out money past the amount this girl supposedly quoted and gave us. Do not go here especially if u think u were getting it for a lower price or a discountonly to be charged the full price so they tell u oh I give it to u for such and such ......just to turn around and you was charge the amount that u did not agree too. They just say anything to get a sale. I went back up here and the girl say the owner would call us. No call. SmH they are a fraudulent company'.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Pros and cons about this place.First let’s start off with the pros the customer service was great the gentleman that sold me the jewelry he was nice! If you are looking for well-made costume jewelry( jewel time) is the place to go. Go at your own risk continue to read. Now to the cons when I purchase the jewelry the gentleman was nice I ask him is the jewelry real He told me yes So I figured that it had to be real because they offer you a credit line with Acima and many more so I decided to purchase the earrings. After purchasing the earrings I started to get little fine bumps redness of the ear and I could not stop itching my ears ignore the sign thinking that oh I’m getting older and I’m starting to get eczema I decided to take the earrings out give my ears a chance to heal a couple of days pass 2 to 4 days I decided to put the earrings back into my ears I put them for a couple of hours the stem on the back of the earrings did not allow me to sleep in them so at night I had to take them off I woke up the next morning ears back Inflamed in itching the earrings or made out of Nickel in copper in a small percentage of 10 karat gold go in at your own risk I should have paid attention to the gentleman that was in there stating that his five year old daughter finger turn green and black from the ring he bought her !!!!! FYI the reason why I wasn’t too much alarmed at that time about the man in his daughters ring is because he does show you a showcase that is displayed that has fake jewelry in there and he only takes cash for that!

AL and staff gave me the run around about my bottom grill I don’t really do these reviews but I initiated a cancel request and they insisted on keeping my business. I took 3, 40 minute wasted trips for them to tell my jewelry isn’t ready. By far my worst experience.

Would not recommend this shop, they sold me fake jewelry when I thought I was purchasing something real. Make sure you check your pieces thoroughly before you leave. Bad customer service.

Iced Out by JEWEL TIME!! They got the best jewelry and best customer service. I went there to fix my watch and they were professional. I liked a ring for my husband and they gave me a deal with financing option and I made the purchase.
