Walked in for a ring that was discontinued and got to meet Judith. She explained that they probably didn’t sell but helped me and walked me through sizing. Then at the end gifted me this ring sizer. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

I went with my teenager to purchase more charms for her bracelet. The lady at the register looked at us asking which one we want, I said I don't how to explain, their is many similar ones. I asked her if she can step out so I can show her. It is very nice place it's JAMES AVERY , and definitely needs better customer service. They need to work a lot more on sence of urgency,
She told us that we need to come back after 5 pm so we did and there was a long line , OMG , they were so slow. I can't !! Maybe because I am not a teenager and I will never wait all their time to get a bracelet.
No no no , it's horrible .

My husband and I recently visited over the holiday weekend. We went to buy a charm bracelet for my daughter. Which we did and didn’t regret, but I was embarrassed by an employee who anyone could recognize with the many charm bracelets and necklaces she had on from James Avery. She made a point to brag multiple times throughout our conversation. I asked about the charm event of buy the charms get the bracelet free that someone told me James Avery does. In front of a few people she laughed and said she has never heard of that event and she’s been wearing James Avery since she was 12/13. I remember that because she kept repeating it. We got the charm bracelet and headed home. Shortly afterwards, I received the advertisement in the mail about the charm event. James Avery please inform your super fan employee that you have a charm event so she doesn’t laugh at another customer.

Hello, I went to James Avery on Sunday it was around closing time and well I was walking around what I saw I liked to get for myself but I also went because I had questions. Nobody greeted me or nothing and then as I was walking to the registers I get this ugly look I get it everyone is trying to go home and all I would want to too !
But I just went in there to ask questions I never wanted something to be done to my bracelet or nothing, I went up to the lady in front I did not catch her name but she is a old white lady with a lot of rings and bracelets kinda hippy style . I asked her “how long does it take to add a charm?” and she says “when do you want it TODAY?? I told her “well if you can today I just wanna know the time “ she said “we can’t do that today, but no worries just grab some dawn some carbon dioxide and scrub it you should be good .” I was so confused because that was not my question so I said “no ma’am I asked how long would it take for me to add a charm.” She said “ohh well depends how busy we are takes and hour or so “ I said “oh ok” she did ask me “to pick up tomorrow before lunch “ I said no because I live like 1 hour away from this mall. Then I wanted to look at a ring that they have and she was like what does it look like or what’s the name i honestly had no idea what was the rings name or nothing after she told me , I can go wash it home with some dawn soap I found that very offensive that she told me to go wash my own stuff even tho that’s not what I asked for . I am Hispanic she looked at me ugly as soon as I got there she was just looking at me… I cannot believe this … its not the first time I go this mall but it’s the first time in this James Avery and already having bad customer service . NEVER COMING AGAIN .. Felt so discriminated by the way she treated me this is not okay.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always a must visit for high quality and sentimental jewelry. They restored an important 20 year old charm for me to like new.

Christmas gift was lovely, but the wrong size. It was actually lovely to know that with James Avery, we could return the item and get the right size. Well stocked quality inventory. Competent and caring staff. Northpark location afforded us walk around browsing after all the holiday rush.

Hadn’t been in a James Avery store for a couple of years, but went in to have some jewelry cleaned and to detach a retired charm I’m going to gift… service, was 100% what it still stands for. I was assisted by Tami, wonderful lady, she’s a gem. She helped me and out and remembered my order as I walked back in less than an hour later. Wouldn’t expect anything less. Makes you feel welcomed regardless of what you are buying or servicing. Thank you.

I'm sure this is usually a fine store, but I was dissatisfied when I went to pick up a gift that someone out of state had purchased for me and I was greeted with quite a bit of suspicion about it.I understand there needs to be confirmation so no one can randomly pick up jewelry, but I had the confirmation email that was sent to my personal email, the order number, and both my name as well as the name of the purchaser.I was only able to give the name it was under before I was questioned like I did not have these things available to me. I did not receive a hello, or any friendly conversation. They assumed I did not have the confirmation email and I had to correct them. I gave them all the information I had, and they asked why the purchaser wasn't present with me. I explained it was a gift from my grandmother for Christmas and she lives out of state. This was met with silence as they packaged my gift.Before it was handed to me they asked me to confirm her phone number. I normally don't have an issue with any of this but the demeanor was one of suspicion, and the phone number confirmation seemed unnecessary after everything being packaged and my already providing names, and order numbers, and the correct email address. Never did they actually request to see my lD or license which would have made more sense to me. I did supply the correct phone number and I left the store.I'm not sure why the tone was so suspicious as I'm sure it is common to during the christmas season to give gifts to friends for pickup rather than risking delivery. Just an odd interaction from what is supposed to be a beautiful store and friendly experience. Next time I'll risk delivery.

Terrible service that I had today from an older lady with gray hair, I couldn't see her name (She speaks Spanish). The previous week I left a bracelet to cut and put charms on (they only put the charms on) I also left 2 rings for repairs, I couldn't find them and the lady got upset because I didn't see them in my account, she finally found one, it took her half an hour to find the other They hadn't even fixed it when they had sent me an email that my things were ready. I have bought enough to ask for good attention. The woman was very impatient. She asked me to leave my jewelry again but I wouldn't like to find it again ?

Breanna and Isabel are AMAZING!! Though it has been crowded the last two times I've been in, I was taken care of as soon as possible and I am so grateful for the wonderful customer service I received by both of these women. You can't beat the quality of James Avery or the lifetime guarantee. So worth the money and this location is worth the trip!
