Took the 2011 XK in for cooling leak, which is a known fault on the 5.0 engines. Had the complete cooling system re-sealed and new water pump installed. No more odor of anti-freeze and good for another 50k miles.

The place is a ripoff. Needed a new water pump on 2011 XJ SC. They quoted me $1,400 parts and labor. I bough the part from Jag for $500, watched a You Tube video, downloaded the TOPIX service manual, and had it installed in 45 minute. Do your homework, and you can find a good Jag tech that's reasonably priced. This isn't it.

I recently reached out to Park Place to schedule my 2013 Jag XF for service only to learn that the dealer no longer services vehicles 2014 or older. One of the service reps shared Jag Mac’s information and said I should contact them. I called and spoke with Sarah the first time and was later contacted by Russel. They were extremely professional, understanding and kept me updated on my vehicle service. Jag Mac certainly lived up to all the positive reviews written by their customers. They were very reasonable on the service and repair cost. Thank you Russel, Sarah & Jag Mac for creating such an awesome customer experience.

I took my Jag to a local repair shop. They weren't able to solve the problem after 5 weeks. JagMac solved it in two days. It required a thorough analysis of the wiring, modules, and computer. At one point, Russell was swapping out working parts on his Jaguar to see if that would solve the problem on mine. Well done!

I took my Jag to a local repair shop. After 5 weeks, they weren't able to solve the problem. Jagmac solved the problem in two days with a detailed step-by-step analysis of the wiring, modules, and computer. They went so far as to take parts out of Russell's Jag, which were working, to see if that would solve the problem in my car. Jagmac is thorough, professional, and talented.
