This is the absolute best place in the DFW and Texas. I will never go to anyone else. They are the nicest ppl I've ever met. Very friendly. Very fast. Very knowledgeable. They don't waste your time. They get right to it. They did an amazing job on my rear windshield. I will be going back for my Front Windshield soon. Thank you Jacobs Auto. I will definitely refer ppl to you guys.

Fast and efficient. Was in and out within 15 mins. Even gave me a good recommendation for a tint guy afterwards. Very affordable pricing as well! Definitely recommend.

So i get my windshield broken from a rock coming back from work, i start looking for affordable place make lots of calls till i get to Jacobs auto glass price was about half of the other companies they have the glass in stock they give me directions after 20 min drive i get there and everyone was so kind and ready to work my car was ready in exactly 45 min Walter was keeping me update of the process im really happy i get to do it here really honest people ready to help, hope i dont need them again but if i do im coming back here

I do not recommend they quoted me one price when I called after giving the vin and all and when I got there they were trying to charge me a whole hundred dollars more than what was quoted

I recently had to get my car's back glass replaced and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Walter & His team.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to get my back glass replaced quickly and efficiently. The new backglass looks great and I haven't had any issues with it so far. I would definitely recommend Jacob’s Auto glass to anyone in need of auto glass replacement. Only place that I could find that would replace my rear power window regulator on a Tesla Model S outside of Tesla. They asked me to find the part which I did at the Tesla Service Center, and brought it in to Walter and his team. They replaced it in less than an hour and charged a fair honest price. I highly recommend this shop.
