BE CAREFUL!! Read the receipt carefully, they don’t do refunds on returns, only store credit
or exchanges. My wife and I picked up a pair of shoes that she wanted for work last Saturday.
After getting them home and wearing them briefly in the house, she decided they wouldn’t work and we planned to return them. I had asked
the sales lady about return policy upon making the purchase and was told “ 14 days.” So I headed over to the store after work to return them today, Thursday. What had been a positive experience up to this point quickly went in the toilet when I arrived and was told” no refunds, only store credit or exchange.” I was so angry at the prospect of being screwed out of 535.00 that it was difficult to maintain composure. Had to go back and forth with my wife on the phone
a couple times to figure out what we would do.
We decided to keep the damn shoes rather than ever go back in this wretched place. And yes, it does state on receipt no refunds, only credit or exchange. Perhaps they should tell customers about this policy before they charge your CC.
This is 3rd world stuff, I’ve shopped for years in Northpark mall and EVERY merchant we’ve used
has been accommodating about refunds/ returns. Hopefully they’ll go broke in a year or so
and won’t be able shake down other unsuspecting customers. Never heard of a policy such as this, maybe this is a sign of the times. Avoid Isabel Marant!!
