management seen pretty nice, the property its well place, theres a Walmart and dollar store nearby, fry chicken, McDonalds etc, however the rooms on the Dallas love fields are better and unfortunately for me, it sound like theres is a kid or two above me, because it sound like there is a horse running in that suite, so if you come here you might want to consider asking for the third floor, its very annoying all that stumping, it must be a big room on top of me

I have no complaints regarding my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to housekeeping. My room was clean. my linens were clean as well. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Melody, tina, Keith and Kathryn were all so helpful and kind.Great place to stay for momentary.Never had any problem with front desk staff!10/10 will probably return

One of the maintenance dudes name Brian stay on the first floor with a note on his door say maintenance on duty came in the room while I was showering and denied. It took it to the office and said that me and my boyfriend was harassing him to avoid the allegations of him coming in my room. Do not recommend you to stay here. It’s not safe to stay in your room when alone And my credit card came up missing a month prior to this again. I do not recommend no one to stay in this room. Thank you.

On 10/9/23. I'm inbetween homes so I was switching hotels. I had all my belongings with me as I was on stairs on property for 3pm check-in. I had nowhere else to sit on property as a paying guest waiting to check in. The rude lady at front walks by. There was no hello, hi how are you. All i got was "umm you can't sit right here with your stuff" we went back in forth and she allegedly canceled my reservation but my card was still charged.

Not good with giving details or information pertaining to check in once you purchase room. Sketchy people hanging around. I canceled my reservation upon arriving at the location.

Don’t book online , I did and upon arrival I was told the people did not checkout the room I reserved. To make matter worse they charged me and I didn’t even stay there . I asked for a refund since they didn’t have a room for me and was told to dispute the charges with the bank , how unprofessional. Especially when it was there fault for no make sure the room was ready .

I had booked earlier today around 3:00pm in the afternoon and unfortunately when we got in the room smh.1. Dirty floors in the kitchen and bathroom just so filthy2. I can't use my restroom:( where am I gonna go pee :(? Me and my child and dad. Omg the toilet ? is stopup . We went to Walmart to buy some thing to unplug the pipes hopefully it will work.4. I had to clean the Kitchen, floors , a/c and clean the toilet, counters .I'm hoping they can come tomorrow to fix the toilet.

For the price it is great. We are staying temporarily and come from a three bed house to one room with two beds. The kids are happy and it works for now. There arr homeless near by but they keep to themselves. Walmart and bus stops, literally steps away from the place. Laundry on site. 2.25 wash. 2.25 dry. There is an app you can download for the laundry that allows you to pay, see available washers and dryers as well as cycle time. Reasonably priced laundromat directly across street. Two burner stove, microwave, fridge, closet and cabinet space. No complaints here. The staff seem nice and the front desk lady too. We made reservation and had no issues with check in. Thanks to all

It is a bad experience because I reserved a room but I reserved one and when I came they gave me another one these two women have no words the owner of this company has nothing to do with these opinions but the ones who work work verythe reservations are for pleasure when you arrive they give the room to other people and they give you some but very dirty and with a bad smell

I am very grateful to the General Manager and her team at In Town suites located at Forest Lane because they make me feel at home. In fact, whenever I need help, they solve it very quickly and always with a smile. Furthermore, the room has everything I need for my comfort and happiness, not to mention it's price, which is very reasonable. Moreover, I have pharmacy, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, public transportation near. Thank you so much In Town Suites

I reserved online. The front desk called me hours ahead to see when I’m coming in to check in. When i got there she let me take a look at the rooms before i paid because it’s non refundable. The first one had a toilet leak so she let me take a look at another one which turned out to be good. Luckily it was because they were the only 2 available lol. Pretty simple for the price. Basic extended stay: bed, small dining table + 2 chairs, 2 electric burners, microwave and full sized fridge. Small nook closet. No iron/ironing board. Basic bathroom with shower. It came with 2 large and small towels. She did mention that they don’t restock the towels and stuff but there is a laundry facility on-site. I haven’t used it to give my opinion, but just looking on the outside it looks ok. Very convenient locations nearby. Walmart is next door, cvs/autozone/dollar tree etc. across the street. There’s also some food spots and a gas station. The area itself isn’t the best (if you know forest lane then you know what I’m talking about) but no one bothered me. Pretty much a pay for what u get type hotel. It isn’t the absolute best but it isn’t the worst either.Rooms: SimpleWalkability: Common businesses nearby
