I had a tire blowout and pulled into a parking lot next to this Interstate Battery store. After changing my tire, I noticed the spare tire was deflated. I asked the gentleman in Interstate if they had a portable air compressor. Without hesitation, he lent me their compressor, and soon I was back on the road.
Service. His kindness and willingness to help me was amazing! Thank you again for helping out a stranger with your exceptional act of kindness.

On July 12th, I went to Interstate All Battery Center on Plano Rd. to purchase a battery. Due to the heat under the hood of my truck, a part on the battery had melted making it almost impossible to remove. Pete Weisell, Branch Manager, Gary Robinson and Jeff Barron (testing lab) worked for an extremely long period of time to remove my old battery. At one point I thought I might have to have my truck towed to a mechanic to cut and replace the part in order to remove the old battery. However, these guys never gave up on removing my old battery and I am extremely grateful to the for their hard work. It was incredibly hot Friday afternoon and these guys never complained about the heat and were kind as well as courteous to this senior lady in need of a new battery. Many thanks to these gentlemen who provided EXCELLENT customer service. I hope Interstate Battery appreciates Pete Weisell, Gary Robinson and Jeff Barron as much as I do, because these men went above and beyond to provide to provide the best service to their customer. A grateful and thankful customer for life.

They just didn't sell me a new battery. They had me bring my truck in so they could test to make sure that was the issue. Then they replaced it for me right there at the store.

Interstate All Battery Center has excellent customer service and fast delivery. I have yet to have any problems getting the batteries I need.

Friendly and helpful employees. I needed a rare car battery which they ordered and arrived when promised. Changed the battery in the parking lot. Appreciate them moving the batteries to and from my car.

This was the 4th or 5th battery I have purchased at this location and the service has always been fast and friendly. I buy Interstate Batteries because it guarantees me a national network of dealers in case I have an issue away from home. Their test equipment shows me exactly the condition of my current battery and I don’t have to worry about being told I need a battery when I don’t
