We came in from a long international flight just looking for some help swapping a SIM card. The young man, Uriel, gave us a free paperclip and was very nice and helpful about it regardless of it being very early in the morning - so I thought it was well worth a 5 star review. The store does look like it has everything you could possibly need in terms of last minute electronics that you could need for your travels. For example, If you’re flying American, wired headphones with the 3.5mm aux Jack - which you will certainly want on a long flight. Thanks Uriel!

Store hours say they open at 6 am….They are still close and can’t see anyone inside getting ready to open….

They rarely ever open on time which makes it difficult for early travelers to make purchases, exchanges and returns before their flights. I have been given inaccurate information the last two visits. In addition you have to be careful they are trained to take your packaging and throw it away for you pretending to help you but it is a business strategy to make sure you can’t return or exchange it. So if you buy something keep your packaging!

Customer service was a total 5 (hence my motivation to write this!). Manager of the store was great-courteous, helpful. Prices were high hence the 1 star off but otherwise seems like a great place to stop if you're at the DFW airport and have some time.

Do NOT BUY ANYTHING from this store! They would not let me return a defective Voltage Converter due to their "return policy" which is NOT indicated anywhere in the receipt. The salesperson never told me this either. I should have known something was fishy when the salesperson tried to keep the packaging and the instruction manual at the time of purchase. Scam artists!

Good range of products. They had replacement ear pads for my Bose. When I called in advance, they even told me about another InMotion store in Terminal B, closer to my flight. Great help! Thanks!

Very expensive place, thought by mistake they would match the prices on the market, so I didn't buy before a set of headphones. Showed them how much the headphones were elsewhere, but still wouldn´t lower them. "It is the company policy", "Sorry, Bose sets the price for us".. In summary, headphones were 50 dollars expensier there....

The staff is just fabulous there. Berenizes is very knowledgeable and explains everything you might want to know. No questions left unanswered. Definitely superb experience!
