The members of my intake class all purchased jackets and brought them here to get embroidered. Dropped off the jackets and paid in full before Thanksgiving, and didn't receive them until January right before Founders' Day. The letters on both sleeves weren't aligned and were crooked. The line name on the back was practically see through.
