The service Bob and Lisa provided with iDoc Corp was fantastic! They came through in a major way for a big event, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up and running for the event. I'll definitely use them the next time I have copier/printer needs in Texas.

I cannot say enough great things about iDoc and their service! We hold a huge convention each year and have a need for multiple printers and copiers to be onsite.
I came into our organization in 2023 and could not believe the high price and lack of service we had been receiving from the previous vendor.
When I found iDoc and asked them to prepare a quote for us - they must have thought we were crazy because we kept asking them " Are you SURE that is the rental price on that equipment? Are you sure it isn't 3 times more?" haha
Needless to say, we awarded the bid to iDoc for 2023.
Yes, the equipment rental prices are much more reasonable but the customer service is what sold us on using them again in 2024 and planning on it for 2025.
We literally have Lisa and Bob's mobile numbers and can call with the dumbest of questions and they are right there for us - either by phone or a quick visit to us onsite.
Putting on a 9 day event for over 30k+ people, the little things are the hardest to manage.
However with iDoc as our copier/printer provider, we can "plug and play", and never worry we will be stuck with a broken machine! One less little thing to manage!
They also make pick up and delivery a breeze - and if you have ever been involved in a convention center set up/tear down - then you KNOW that is a desperately welcomed perk!

Idoc has provided us with excellent service. Our copier was on a lease to own. We still have monthly service and it's terrific. I could not be happier with the service we receive from the entire Idoc crew! If we are running low on toner - it's delivered quickly. If we have issues with our copier, truly they are in our office fixing it in a matter of minutes. They are the best!

We are a small, home-based business, and this is our second copier lease with iDoc Corp. Bob, Lisa, and the entire team have been wonderful to work with -- always responsive to our needs. We have had few issues and highly recommend them to anyone wishing to lease a high-quality copier.

Lisa and Bob are a dream to work with and their technician is a total pro. They are extremely ethical and above board in their communications and pricing. There have been NO bad surprises. We are 5 months into our relationship with iDoc and I cannot imagine ever switching. We went with a pre-owned machine and it has been great. We had an initial issue, they came out the same day I called and tried to fix the machine, it was still making noises so they replaced it, no questions.

Without this iDoc printer in my office, I wouldn't be able to conduct business. It makes my workload fast and efficient...time is money! I had an issue with my connectivity so I called iDoc for help...they fixed my problem immediately...over the phone! Thanks Bob and Monty!

iDoc Corp did a great job setting me up with a commercial printer/ copier/scanner to work from home! They were prompt, friendly and networked the printer to my computer for me. I just wanted to let you know that I was very happy with every aspect of my recent printing job you completed. iDoc-TLC provides multiple printing, scanning, and hosting solutions for my company and no crazy 800 number to talk to someone. I call them directly and speak to the person that handles my account. Much better than other larger companies. The service was great, as was the quality. And the price was 1/2 of what I could get it done and larger printing and hosting providers. Thank you iDoc TLC! AMG
