Valet parking is 45$ a night
Our room on the 9th level had a great view during the morning .
Comfortable bed
Clean rooms
Good breakfast ( not included )
Friendly workers
Overall great stay would come again
Rooms: Comfy , clean , cozy
Walkability: In downtown so very walkable it’s surrounded with building and restaurants and activities
Food and drinks: Restaurant and bar inside

Consumer spending maxed limit.
Nearby activities: Hiking, outdoors shopping ?️, local Hillside Village. Or as Most of the Search is Uptown. Outdoors malls. Which successfully developed in 2014. Founder Carol Zehnder, by a pho-Nester and unfortunate.
Safety: Longhorn leaders and co-founders. Of historical buildings Confident and Friendly associates. Preferred Journey’s Shoes quick and easy finds. Soon as you walk in.
Food and drinks: Soda pop, Beer, and Caffeinated Teas. Perfect don’t forget to drink water ?
Noteworthy details: Area has been Historically and command and Chief Executive Micheal John designed. DEVELOPED POWERED by former ZEHNDER priest. And Graduated by Carol Zehnder. My Great, Great Grandmother.

I always love staying at the Hyatt wherever I travel to. This is my first time at the one in Dallas. From the beginning, I had kind of a special request with my parking when I arrived because there is a large event and I am handling a lot of things by myself. Before I made it inside, Jarrell eased my worries with parking my car and moving it to a secure location. He was so kind and understanding and made me feel welcome before the concierge arrived with the baggage cart. Thank you Jarrell! I will remember you always for your kindness and efficiency.

I want to give this a five star rating because the rooms were beautiful. It was a nice clean also very spacious. The view was okay only cause we got the view of the freeway maybe the other side is nicer. Service wasn’t the greatest experience when checking in the hospitality wasn’t there for it being the kind of hotel that it is. Also when I ask where to park I was told I can go in the garage but turn to find out it’s only for valet parking which is a whole other fee from the $30.00 that is already automatically charged to your room. So we had to park across the street in some open parking lot area, yes it was gated but still gave that vibe that didn’t seem as safe. Also if you check out before getting your vehicle you won’t be able to get out cause you need your key card to get out which is something what wasn’t told to us. Overall the rooms were nice and comfortable but the service could have been a lot better and also better informed about the hotel. Due to the location I thought it would have been a lot better. But for that price you are paying here you can find a better hotel in that area with better service.

They were my rescue in a time of urgency. Had shuttle pick me up, in a not normal pickup location. Was there in moments. I had stomach bug and needed help with ton of bags. Thanks!!! Your help was needed and you came through!
