I had a great experience at the Hyatt DFW Hotel. The staff was welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable. The highlight was the airport shuttle service, driven by Keith, who was incredibly professional and had a fantastic attitude. His friendliness made our transfers enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service.

Nice place for our short overnight layover. Free shuttle to the airport terminals every 30 minutes, as well as pick up. Grab and go breakfast options and restaurant if you need something to eat.

Our hotel room and hotel main areas are well maintained and clean. Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful when we need to order shuttle from and to the airport. Drivers are courteous and informative of the areas. Breakfast items were limited and ok and can run out if you come to eat later. Overall, I think it was a good choice for us.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to Hyatt Place DFW in Dallas.
Upon arrival with my family, we were informed by Yasmine Howard, the Lead Gallery Host-Customer Service Manager, that our room had been given away due to a "No Call No Show." However, we had contacted the hotel in advance to inform you of our flight cancellation and were assured our room would be held. Despite this, we faced significant delays and a lack of accommodation.
Additionally, I was taken aback by Yasmine's attitude. As we were waiting for our room, she made a dismissive remark, saying, "Those people are too much!" This behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of customer service one would expect.
I believe feedback is essential for improvement, and I hope this matter can be addressed.

Rooms: Clean
Walkability: Just a 5 minute walk from rental car drop off, they will also pick you up if you call from there.
Food and drinks: Burger wasn't very good, they forgot the bacon.

Great place to stay. Breakfast was awesome, bar downstairs, pool. The parking was not crowded and felt safe.

this hotel is a nice hotel like most hyatts , one plus is they offer free breakfast, and have parking onsite and do not charge resort fees . nice clean rooms .. kinda further away away from downtown dallas but the location is quiet and peaceful

Donna who drives the PM shuttle was very friendly.
The AM shuttle leaves 2 minutes prior to the designated time slot so be early.

Clean...Great Customer Service, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast tasty. Only minor complaint, if bar stays open late, have your resturant/bar staff stay open late. Felt bad for front desk doing multiple jobs, covering front desk and bar. But other than that very nice.
